McDonald's — Restaurant in Mantua

They don't even deserve 1 star... 1st I placed an order online for curbside, pulled into the marked spot, just for there to be a sign I have to use the drive thru to get it. The lobby is closed bc nobody wants to work at this awful location and nobody knows how to multi-task (also, they don't even have someone taking your order inside anyway, orders must be placed on the kiosk, so I don't understand why they can't just open the lobby for that but anyways...). So I get in the drive thru line that is backed up into the road and wait. When I FINALLY get to the speaker and tell her i placed a curbside pickup, she asked what the order number was, I'd never placed an order that way so I didn't know where to find it so I asked where it would be, nicely I will add, and in the ridest tone possible this lady says "I dont know, on your screen somewhere, i cant see what you're looking at". I said well I'm on the app and looking at my order but there's literally no order number. So to let me know she was extremely irritated with my lack of information, she sighed very loudly and asked what was in my order. Luckily she found it right away. When I get to the window, I told the lady there that I found the order number in an email instead of on the app (again, that doesn't make sense why it wouldn't be there, but anyway...) so that maybe they could relay the message for future idiots like myself. That lady also had a very rude tone and gave me a very dirty look. My food was also cold and the ice melted in my drinks bc they sat so long from the time I ordered and then waited in line (which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead, right?!) I was also on the phone while this went down and my friend had just been through there and asked for 2 milkshakes and she said they lady taking orders was very rude about telling her they didn't have any (surprise, surprise....why don't they just take them off the menu all together?!). Worst customer service ever!! I use the McDonalds app very very frequently. And although this may be the most little thing ever…. The employees at this location made this experience that bad to make me want to complain. I order a Mocha Frappe with Oreo toppings at every McDonalds I go to. Sometimes I use the app to order my drink. Sometimes I don’t. But non-the-less adding Oreo topping to the frappe is an option NATION WIDE!! When I went to order my frappe the girl on the speaker sounded oblivious on how to do her job. She told me she had to ask if they added Oreos to frappes. When the girl came back she stated that her GM said they couldn’t do that. I was a bit upset about it… being that was the first time I’ve been told no regarding the Oreos. When I got to the window I asked to speak to the GM and show her that the McDonald’s app provides a customize feature to where you can add the Oreos. Well when a women showed up to the window I asked if she was the GM. She said “No our GM isn’t here today”….. ONE: how did their GM tell them no from the very beginning that they don’t add Oreos to their frappes?? Two: The girl who came to the window and claimed that she was part of the management team… someone needs to reevaluate that whole management staff period. That little girl was rude. She showed no empathy at all what so ever. She had the attitude of a 13 year old girl. And not to mention the unprofessional atmosphere that seems to have been created there. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK AND WAST YOUR MONEY!! I PROMISE IF YOU'RE READING THIS YOU WILL AGREE WHEN YOU'RE DONE EATING!! food is terrible and cold always!! They will microwave your food because it's been sitting LONGER THEN ALOUD re dip already cooked cold fries just to warm them up and tell u there fresh! We'll put special grill sticker on food that they knowingly know has what was asked to not be on there just too I guess make themselves feel like a job well done but if you've ever ate there you know there was no job well done!!
