McDonald's — Restaurant in Maple Heights

Worst experience in my history of eating at McDonalds. And I attempted it more than once to be sure it wasnt just a bad experience. But that whole institute is deplorable. The only thing positive about this place is that it is a newer building. First the are entirely toooo slow to be a fast food restaurant with two drive thru lines. They should be embarrassed to have a old McDonald's around the corner basically in Garfield thats an older model. With one line. They run rings around them. Secondly..poor customer service would be putting it mild...Everyone thier are angry around the ankles..Its like some one is making them work AGAINST thier will. Very sloppy rude and unprofessional..straight up Mc gangsters behind the counter with Mapl hts cops to rescue them for thier ill doings. I have never ever..ever ever got an order correct or havent had to be pulled with it still being incorrect. And whats up with the condiments..Do they personally buy them. I can order six mc muffins and only get two jellies..or a twenty piece with two sauce. 😱😟. Burnt burgers hard fries no ice in pop..I can keep going. Dont call because The customer being right is out the window. I think fast food is such a frequent thing today thier are not many folks trying to come and get an extra burger when they have spent 25 dollars already. I am a fan of Mc Donalds..but the quality of care of food and customer service has gone to the pot..and this one is a ring leader. If you live close to this one make the trip to another. So you can enjoy your food where you spend your money. And yall Fanchisers are giving all of them a bad name by hiring folks that are mad at life. Do better PLALEAZE. you guys...

Just came from there. I had to drive around the drive thru 3 times. 2 times no one was at the drive thru on window one and on window 2 there was a guy looking the opposite way not paying attention. He was talking to another staff member. By the 3rd time I drove by the window and blew my horn. When I came around THEN someone was there. Service was super slow when it came to receiving my order and the guy opened the window one time to ask me what I had ordered. They have the monitor there for a reason. I was the only car in the drive thru. I have been moving all day to our new home, wanted a easy and fast meal and turned out to be terrible service.

EDIT: Went there a second time, 4 days after this 1st review and it was way worst. Lady had an attitude when I ordered my food at the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me. 10 minutes for the 1st car to get 2 drinks. The car in front of me kept honking and honking to get their attention and nothing. Once it was my turn it was attitude, attitude, ATTITUDE. I paid with my debit, girl gave me my food with attitude and then slammed the drive thru window. Mind you she never gave me my receipt. I caught her attention and she got mad and rolled her eyes when I asked for my receipt. Took her a whole minute to give it to me. By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been too and it's such a shame that it's the closest to my home. I would rather drive to the one by Lee Rd or Northfield, st least their services are on point. I was going to take a photograph of the restroom but I wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. And, because of the condition of the men's room, I decided to not eat there after all.I'm a firm believer that if the restroom is clean and sanitized, then that means that the restaurant truly cares about its patrons and the quality of the restaurant in food. The condition of the men's room was atrocious to say the least!I really do not want to go into details about what I saw and smelled, but just picture in your mind the worst conditions possible. And, it was very very early in the morning. So, that means they really don't care at this location. again, as I stated earlier, I refuse to eat there after all. I always walk into the restroom and wash my hands and check the condition of the restroom before I order and sit down and eat. I would not eat there even if somebody offered me free food.so if the manager of this Libby road location reads this, you better straighten things up around there because...
