We were passing through coming from a concert in Chicago from Friday and we were looking for some good breakfast. We stayed the night in Cleveland on our way home and my fiancĆ©e found this gem. All I can say is WOW! I don’t think I’ve EVER in my 46 years have had a breakfast like this. The biscuits are SO good they make you want cry and hang up a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN while you’re eating them. The bacon…. OMG the sticky sweet thickness and perfection is top notch! The grits…. MIND BLOWN…. Leave me alone while I plow through these please and the omelet's….lets just say my niece had tears in her eyes. Thanksgiving dinner doesn’t even give this much pleasure to a meal like this place did for us today!! The young womean behind the counter the suggested the biscuits… BLESS YOUR SOUL!! We are forever grateful and to Tony our Jerome Bettis Doppler Gangerā™„ļøā™„ļøā™„ļø Complements to the staff and chefs and this wonderful restaurant!! We WILL BE COMING BACK!!ā™„ļøā™„ļøā™„ļø

Fist time there, was recommended by my daughter. Warm and welcoming environment, the food was not for me tho. I ordered a veggie breakfast bowl. Had the menu said there were going to be squash in the bowl, I would have asked for them to be removed. My bowl had no flavor. I also ordered two pancakes, I didn’t even get to taste them because I was so thrown off by the veggie bowl. You can’t order over the phone which is a bit of an inconvenience, especially when there is a 20+ minutes wait on takeout. The lady at the register seems like a sweet lady, honestly I didn’t care for her ā€œcustomer serviceā€ or lack of. To sum it up, first and last time there for me, I know people who love the place tho, so it’s really a preference of how u like ur food.

I tried the breakfast today. Pancakes bacon sausage and hme fries. It was ok. Sausage had a different taste to them, not really for me. The pancakes wasn't quite made right, they was to fluffy and soon as I put butter and syrup on them They turned into mush. They also give you a very small cup of syrup and the pancakes are not exactly small. So be sure to ask for more if you are taking meal with you home or if you going somewhere with no extra syrup. I won't count them out tho. They was pretty busy. Next I'm going to try their burgers and fries. Price points are pretty fair as well

The Breakfast Faktory is a hidden gem for breakfast and brunch lovers. This cozy, welcoming spot serves up generous portions of classic American breakfast favorites with a creative twist. Whether you’re craving sweet or savory, The Breakfast Faktory has something to satisfy every appetite.

I recently visited for brunch and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt at home. I ordered the Faktory Skillet, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned potatoes topped with eggs, sausage, peppers, onions, and melted cheese. Every bite was hearty and flavorful. My friend got the stuffed French toast, which was rich and sweet without being too heavy. The fresh fruit on the side was a nice touch.

The menu is diverse and includes everything from omelets, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast burritos to healthier options like avocado toast and fresh smoothies. The coffee was strong and fresh, and they offered free refills, which is always a plus.

The atmosphere is bright and comfortable, making it a great place for families, solo diners, or casual meetups. The service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. Prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality.

Overall, The Breakfast Faktory delivers a satisfying, home-style breakfast experience with friendly service and a laid-back vibe. It’s definitely a spot I’ll return to—and recommend to anyone looking for a solid start...

I had the salmon croquettes and my friend had seafood omelette. I ordered by phone to go.

Positives: very friendly staff, greeted everyone and checked on them. Salmon croquettes were really good and the sauce was a perfect addition. Very nice decor inside and nice music playing. I wish it were bigger inside but I overheard him say he’s adding a deck out back, so that would be nice to have for more seating. It’s a very welcoming environment. Prices were extremely reasonable and the menu was so diverse I didn’t know what to choose at first. I’ll come back to try other things. I could also tell the seafood they use is fresh. Food isn’t greasy and tastes freshly made.

What reduced the stars: Seafood omelette was very salty like too salty to enjoy it but otherwise had a good taste. I’m assuming it was a fluke because it got good reviews from others. Potatoes were also a little too salty and grits had no salt so I’m assuming it was just an off day. I’ll have to try again another day. Ordered by phone and was told 20 min. I waited about 30 min before I left the house and then when I got there had to wait some more. Took about an hour to receive my food from when I first called. Was missing an item when I left but by then I didn’t even want to come back to get it. I may wait until they work out the kinks or come on an early random day like 7 am on...

āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø New Favorite Breakfast Spot!

Today was my mom and I’s first time visiting—and definitely not the last. First of all, we love that it’s Black-owned (you already got bonus points for that). But baby, the food? The food was foodin’!

We ordered the steak bowl, chicken & waffles, and a traditional pancake, sausage, and eggs plate for my son—who is usually PICKY picky. After we left, he said, ā€œThat was a very good breakfast.ā€ Y’all don’t know how major that is coming from him. šŸ‘šŸ½

Now let’s get into the details: • The steak was packed with flavor and that secret sauce? Whew, I need that in a bottle. • I’m usually heavy-handed with butter and syrup, but the pancakes and waffles didn’t need a single drizzle—soft, sweet, and perfection as-is. • And that chicken had a dry rub that was bursting with flavor! Not just good, but ā€œwhy didn’t I order more?ā€ good.

On top of all that, the vibe is beautiful inside. Clean, stylish, welcoming—just a feel-good kind of place. And the customer service? Immaculate. From the second we walked in, we felt the love. Even the cooks come out and check on folks—you can tell they care about the experience just as much as the food. My only complaint is that I wish it was bigger so I can bring more people and there is...
