Subway — Restaurant in Maple Valley

Ordered online Friday evening. They did a prior Auth 3 times for $49.00. Spoke with owner over the phone that eve about it explained I'm a single mom and disabled with 4 kids and i need that $150.00 back on my card. He promised that they would release it on Saturday evening cause it takes 24 hours. I said so for sure it will be back on there then and he said yes I promise you. If for some reason it is not come in Sunday and talk to my manager and we will give you 12 free cookies and call and fix the problem. Now I got an overdraft fee on my card which I can't afford and I can't get my medication. Because of the fact his manager was very rude when I called monday and then she called the owner of all maple Valley stores and he lied and said that he promised by Tuesday. I said then I want to see the video footage and I repeated what he said and promised a few times so if there was a problem the video audio footage would prove it. When I told the manager that I wanted to watch it with them she said we don't have to show that to you. He owns the stores in Maple Valley and he is that cheap and a complete liar. I hope he can't sleep at night knowing that he lied to a disabled mother of 4 a single mom struggling to make it. Now my rent is late with is $50 charge. I now won't make it this month. My daughter and I Stopped there because my three-year-old twin granddaughters were hungry , I got their children's turkey and cheese small sub sandwich a bag of potato chips and milk. Choices of bread where wheat or white cheese and turkey processed no organic milk available.) Price for two children lunches was nearly $16. Are you kidding me??? Subway's advertize is all about fresh great food shouldn't they be healthier. The children were given 16 ounce bottles of milk and probably drink an eighth of each bottle that's one way they need to cut down on price offer better non processed Meats and cheese. When I was asked if I wanted cookie or chips I chose chips and average size lunch tile bag I don't know if I was charged extra money for the large milks or chips. I was only asked if I wanted soda or milk. ASL Matt dispense glass of orange pop or whatever cost about $0.15 and milk probably more especially that size. Get a clue Subway get small cartons of milk tell your customers if there's an extra charge for chips or milk and offer healthier...

This subways service was just outright embarrassing. Went inside with a coupon and he told me I couldn’t get the new sandwich because of the deal. Than after reading the coupon said it was fine. When he was making the sandwich I requested that oil and vinegar be put on the sandwich before toasting he denied my request and said it will cause a fire. After when it came down to the side for toppings he was just closing off the sandwich without asking what I wanted and so I requested lettuce he said he can’t put lettuce on the sandwich because he wouldn’t be able to close it. Finally after the lettuce he went straight to closing the sandwich without asking about any toppings or sauce. He began to talk bad about me and my partner to his employee in a different language as we left without knowing I can understand the language the poor employee didn’t know how to react.
