Burger King — Restaurant in Mapleton Township

I’m a OTR truck driver. I got to this location hoping to get a hot meal after a long 10h shift driving I th snow. I arrived at 9:35pm and noticed the sign on the door says the dining area shits down a 10pm.

There were 5-6 employees inside talking ad not one customer in sight. I went to open the door and to my surprise it was locked. I waved at the employees hoping to be let inside, out of the 19 degree cold/snow and order a quick meal but was completely ignored. I even waked to the for on the other side and they still ignored me.

I worked in the service industry for 23 years before moving on to drive tractor trailers…. This is very unprofessional and should not be acceptable in the SERVICE industry! They should all be retrained and/or fired! If you do not want to do the job, find one that you will enjoy doing! It’s called the SERVICE industry for a REASON! You are serving people…it’s literally a major...

I came in to this Burger King located on 60th Street in Sioux Falls South Dakota next to the Flying J's. I went and place my order a double cheeseburger medium fry no salt. I watched the employee drop the Fry Basket and put a fry container onto the basket letting the other employees know not to put salt on the fries. With the polite and voice I explained to the employee not to use that container that was placed on to the Fry Basket . The employee said no we don't do that. I sat there and watched another employee do it. With that same container that was placed on the fry basket they had used it and placed it in my order. Now that is disgusting. Call the manager told him about my complaint and all he said was I'm sorry. Last I checked that was a violation of South Dakota Health regulations cross-contamination. Maybe a call to the South Dakota Health regulations might change...

Terrible. That’s all I have to say. The manager was INCREDIBLY rude to me. The whole time I was there she was either yelling at customers or workers. I could tell none of the workers liked her. I told her something from my order was missing and she said sorry, but never gave me it. I told the worker at the front register I wanted a chocolate shake not a chocolate Oreo shake, she remade it, just to be scolded by the manager. I said I wanted to talk to her manager and she said okay. I told the manager how rude she was being to her coworkers and she said “I’m doing my job”. Doing your job by yelling at your workers for helping customers? Never going to this...
