Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Maplewood

ZERO STAR: Pre-Ordered 2 Pizza for a 4PM pick up since I'd expected it to be busy due to the Super bowl. When I arrived my order was not ready, after about 15 minutes of waiting received no update on my order as others continued to come in and pick up there orders without any issues. Now having waited 30 minutes the person behind the counter finally told me my order was burnt. I came into the store at 3:50pm I didn't leave with pizza until 5:10pm. My order was not "Special" in any way, they were menu items (LG Pepperoni and a XL All Meaty) why wasn't I moved up the queue for another pizza but made to wait instead and why was I not told what had happen to my order till after having waited 30mins. I could of left and came back to pickup the order, instead my 4 kids had to wait in the car for an hour because someone didn't want to tell me what had happened until I asked what was taking so long.

My pizza order was eventually refunded and the cashier person offered to make me additional pizza that I didn't need. Needless to say this was one of the worst experiences I've had and no one even crave the pizza I ordered anymore. I pre-ordered ahead of time so I could be in and out like the 10-15 people I saw come in and out as I waited. Instead I had to wait more than an hour and missed the start of...

Great pizza, but...

I was introduced to Jet's Pizza a few years ago and it is now the pizza my family orders almost exclusively. The Jet 10 with turbo crust is our go to.

However, I can't give this location 5 stars because of an incident I witnessed the other day. While I was waiting to pick up a pizza, I saw one of the employees reach into a bin with his bare hands to pull out some lettuce and cut them up. Then another employee, also with his bare hands, put the cut-up lettuce into a sandwich and boxed it up, presumably for a customer. A few minutes later the second employee helped me at the register and had his hand on his chin and fingers touching his lips as he was searching for my order.

Pizzas are probably ok since they go through the oven (I don't recall ever getting sick after eating a pizza from here), but don't ever order anything from here that...

I tried bold pepperoni pizza from Jet's Pizza for the first time. It is very good but the crust seemed a little greasy. I loved that the Pepperoni where crispy and the cheese tasted fresh compared to there competitors. I am now a new customer for Jet's Pizza even though it is slightly pricey for the size. The quality of the pizza is amazing.I'm looking forward to trying all the different kinds of pizza, sandwiches and chicken wings.

The place was very busy and my pizza was still ready at pick up when I arrived. I still had to wait for other people in line to take there orders. It would be nice to have a special pick up line.

I appreciate the hard work that the employees. They were doing a wonderful job explaining the menu to all of the new customers. The guy was very pleasant even thou it was very busy and hot.

It seems very clean...
