Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Marana

I don’t understand why it takes 22 minutes to pour some ice cream into a cup but no matter what, I am never greeted when I enter this location. Today was no different. I walked in and the one lady working was finishing in order. When she finished, she made eye contact with me and I told her that I was waiting for an order. She said, “OK,” and just kept doing whatever she was doing. My pick up time still hadn’t passed yet, so I figured somebody was probably working on it in the back. Another customer walked in and she also didn’t greet him but waited until he walked up directly in front of the register to start talking to him. She took his order and started making his stuff immediately. I waited for her to finish and asked her if my order was done yet. She looked at me confused and said I never ordered anything. I told her I placed my order 22min ago and she said that when she 1st asked me if I needed help, I said I was waiting for “something.” I said, “Yes, I told you that I was waiting for an order.” She started looking around confused and that’s when another worker showed her where my order had been sitting since before I even walked in. Im visiting from RI, I gave it 3 stars because of the customer service I received on Sat night. The ice cream itself was delicious but it seemed that the young woman working there was bothered when we got there because they were dealing with online orders. A pleasant greeting and a formal give me a few minutes while I finish these orders would’ve suffice. The young man came to the register and asked what I would like. I asked if he can explain the process since I’m from out of town and never been. She huffed and puffed and appeared bothered by my request. I was tempted to leave but my nephew really wanted to try the ice cream. Like I said the ice cream was very good, but your customer service skills definitely needs to be polished. I thought I'd stop by and see what they had and man o man was I glad I did. I ordered this strawberry shortcake thing and it was freaking delicious!!!! From what I understood it's layered with itialian ice, Gelato and ice cream. I think.....lol guy behind the counter had me hooked with pointing at the picture on the board lol so I didn't hear exactly everything he said, the large was almost 9 bucks and very worth it.
