Otter Lake Bar — Restaurant in Marathon Township

Christina, Lisa, and Jessica made my entire experience at Otter lake memorable. I was greeted rather warmly by the townfolk and they helped me with a quick place to stay for the night which I'm highly grateful for. Conversation and getting to know everyone was awesome. Many laughs, some good music, and a few drinks made 2 nights in particular much more bearable.

Christina has a very infectious personality and I watched her work her tail off in that bar. Lisa made me what is now my favorite drink but I can't remember the name and was the first lady I talked to in there and made me feel right at home. Jessica has really great taste in music, clothes, and I especially enjoyed talking to her about games and such. 😭

The entire bar is comfortable. Pool table, music, some good seating and fun folks. The art in there is perfect. 💯

It's a dive bar been going there since I was 14. My uncle used to take me there. I go there because of his memory and so many people remember him 20 years after he passed. The place has changed hands again though and it's not the same. They have removed a lot of the games and now only have pool. Bar is deteriorating and don't seem to be much interest in anything but making the kitchen area bigger. The burgers were way better with the small kitchen. Shame because they used to be somewhat famous in the area for excellent burgers. A bigger kitchen just ads clutter to an already too small...

This is my hometown bar and grill, and I like to support local businesses. Jeanette, the owner, and all of her staff are always friendly. I like to go there on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday. They have a pretty good deal, three for $5 and you can get soft shell or hard shell depending upon your preference. I think there's some food value here, the tacos aren't skimpy and they match, or beat, everything in the area. Beer and drinks are reasonably priced, so you can have tacos and a beer for 10 bucks.
