I ordered on the mobile app exactly what I want it which was a three piece large drink with an extra five when I arrive to Bojangles the cashier with Kendra who also stated that he was the store manager. When Kendra took my said oh I didn’t even see we had a online order I had placed my order 40 minutes prior to me arriving at Bojangles. Kendra instantly stated they did not have any more thigh chicken, she suggested I swipe out the thigh for a leg or wing. Once I told Kendra that wouldn’t be an even swap and that I would want a breast or two legs instead to make up for the difference she got and attitude and said that would be fine. After she places the receipt in line to make my food I asked her for my drink. Kendra stated drinks didn’t come with the meal and it’s an extra 2.50. I told her I ordered it through the app and they give you an option to add a drink and she said no. I proved with my receipt a drink was ordered and Kendra went back to making the order. I asked again for my drink and Kendra told me not to rush her she was going to give it to me. I told her once I received my cup she needed to be professional as I walked to get my fill up my drink. Kendra yelled down to me with while she was taking another customers order that she was professional with an even bigger attitude. Kendra is very unprofessional and that is not a gd combo with her being the store manager , pregnant and working in the customer service field. I will never order from this location as long as they have workers like that. The pics show how my box was packed mind you I ordered a 3 piece drink and extra side. Everything was crammed into this...
Read moreBojangles always has good quality food my issue with this particular Bojangles is it is always a wait to get my food. It is not a short wait. I go to other Bojangles restaurants and pick up my food within a minute or two of ordering it. This particular Bojangles consistently makes me wait 10 to 15 minutes for them to prepare my food. Every time. Doesn't matter what time of the day afternoon evening night does not matter. I should be able to go to a restaurant a fast food restaurant particularly, and get my food within a few minutes waiting consistently 10 to 15 minutes every time I try to order from this restaurant is excruciatingly bad. Especially when every other Bojangles I visit does it quickly.
The staff are all very polite they're all very nice, but that does mean no good when I'm on a timetable and need to pick up some food quickly. I will tend to skip this restaurant because of it. It's just not good service. And with the price of food going up consistently it makes it to the point where I don't want to come to this restaurant because time is also money in our lives and this restaurant wastes mine by making me wait again 10 to 15 minutes. And the order I'm doing is not insane. It's usually two three piece tender meals. That shouldn't take 15 minutes every single time. But it does. I'm fairly certain as someone do have management then probably not wanting to cook food earlier because that's food cost and they're trying to reduce their food cost to keep their margins tight and other crap I don't really care about, but it makes for a really...
Read moreCame through the drive thru and the girl who was running the headset/payment window was great! Very friendly, smiled a lot, and had excellent customer service. I really appreciate people like her in the food industry. I get to the next window, and I get parked, behind another parked car. We were the only two in the line on a slow Monday morning. I don't understand the purpose of this unless the store is cheating on their drive times. I work in this industry as well, and in our establishment, we only park cars if there are multiple cars in line and we have the next two orders bagged and ready. It is completely prohibited for us to park cars just to park cars. We get our food a few minutes later and drive off to only find out they were missing the hot sauce we requested. We didn't receive napkins either. The food was great, but if the girl in the second window wasn't parking cars constantly, I don't think they would have missed the sauce we requested or napkins that always are supposed to come with food. I feel like the whole parking cars thing was a total distraction. Quit cheating on the drive times and take care of the customers. Other than that, food was great, and the first girl taking orders...
