I made an order online from CT for someone on base. Immediately after I clicked complete, I had to call the location to change the type of pasta I had ordered. A minute later, a female with an extremely unprofessional attitude picked up and said hello. I then proceeded to explain my reason for calling, " I just recently ordered online and was wondering if I could change something about my order". The girl started to laugh with a co worker in the back then asked me for address it is being delivered to. I told her the address. She asked if it was housing, so I told her that it was housing on base and then you hear the two start to laugh again. I then asked her if there was an issue, if there was something that I should be laughing about? She then proceeded to tell me that it was her co worker laughing at something else, so I told her that maybe she should move somewhere else and laugh about whatever it is she's laughing about because it seems to be distracting the person on the phone. The employee proceeded to put the phone down (not on hold, down) and mock me to the other employee. I heard everything these two immature children said in the background followed by their continuous laughing before they transferred me to the manager who saw nothing wrong with the customer service I received.
You do not get paid to have a social life at work. Communication is key but leave the jokes at home. It is unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.

Read moreCalled in a pizza order for 2 large cheese 2 large pepperoni and was told my order would take 20 minutes, ready at 8 pm. I show up 15 minutes and expect it would still be a few minutes. The girl at the front asked the order name and told me it would just be a few more minutes. It's 8:10 and she checks again, no pizza. 8:20 she checks again and still no pizza so I ask if she even has my order which she looks up and says they don't have my order. I give her the number that was called and it is in fact the number of their restaurant. She then tells me they will give me my order for free. My husband calls the restaurant back and says he wants to cancel our order so the guy on the phone says he understands and will get a refund back onto the card that was used to pay in a few days. At 8:30 she gives me 4 cold pizzas and says oops! It was over in the delivery fridge not carry out, that's our fault. Then she walks away. I had a 30 minute drive to make and I didn't have time to argue about it so I delivered 4 cold pizzas to my husband and his friends who were all starving and we're really looking forward to this. I still can't get over that they gave me cold pizzas and said "whoops our fault!" And act like that's not a big deal to keep me waiting 30 minutes past pickup time. Not cool...

They take advantage of the fact that they are on a military base and have a "guaranteed" customer base. They will either not put your order in the system and have you waiting indefinitely for your order; OR, deliver the wrong orders to you and accuse you of placing the wrong order before even verifying their mistake in their database. Forget requesting any assistance from the management as you would in any normal retail store, because their managers are just as incompetent and even more unprofessional. You will wonder who does their customer service training for their new employees. You will wait on average an hour and a half for your delivery, and you will have to make sure you also verify your total, because the make a lot of "mistakes" with YOUR money, and it is ALWAYS in their favor if you...
