Staff acts childish and acts like you are below them and rarely deigns to speak to you I ordered a cheese pizza and instead got a jalapeño beef and pineapple pizza when I took it back and pointed out their mistake the lady in the kitchen said I must have ordered wrong as if she couldn't be bothered to remake it it was written on the receipt 1 large cheese pizza I asked to speak to the manager and she took 20 minutes to come out of her office and even then she was playing on her phone the whole time I was trying to get her to replace my pizza with the correct order she told me well I'm afraid you must not have spoken clearly when you ordered the pizza I showed her the receipt and she turned around said I'll be right back goes in her office shuts the door I stood there for forty minutes and finally got so fed up I walked...
Read moreWhy are adults/kids that are related to the Casey’s workers hanging around the store at all times of the day and some with their shirts off walking around the store and talking with the cashiers constantly???? I would really enjoy going into the store without having to walk through 5-6 people that are there just to talk with the cashier that works there. Especially when those people don’t have a shirt on and they have 3 kids trailing behind them taking up the store space. I have been there almost every day this month and almost every time these people are there hanging around the same cashier and taking things off the shelf’s and getting in the way of customers. Read moreI came 10 minutes early to get my pizza, I was fully aware it was not going to be ready, the guy told me 20-25 minutes over the phone. But I wanted to go ahead and get gas and pay for it. I was FINE with the wait. I KNEW I was early. I did not complain about it not being ready when I got there, but as the cashier went back to tell the kitchen staff I was there, HE complained i was early and i could hear him say "Are you serious? I told her 20-25 minutes. Jesus!" Although it wasn't that rude, I was annoyed at the fact that HE got upset that I was early.
