The worst KFC I have ever been to. I usually don't post things on here, but #1 issue I went to the restroom, absolutely no toilet paper in the smaller stall. Had to ask another patron to give me some from the stall she was in! After I washed my hands and went to the counter to order, the first thing I told her was about there not being any t.p., she proceeds to tell me, "oh we don't use that toilet, I don't know why they don't lock it up." Excuse me???? You have a stall that people can go into you BETTER have some t.p. in it!!! #2 every table but 1 was clean. Like the whole store had been sitting for hours and not cleaned. Floor needs swept. Looks like a tornado came thru here! #3 the chicken had a lot of gristle. Out of my 3 strips, I ate one and a little bit of the other 2 pieces. #4 the biscuit couldn't have been any boring and bland. #5 they only have ranch sauce. But ask what kind you would like. Don't offer anything but RANCH if that is all you have. I asked for BBQ, after she gave me my tray, she promptly walked away. So I asked another guy behind the counter. He looked all over, then went to the back and asked someone back there, they said they didn't have any. Also, I was never offered butter or honey for my biscuit. Read moreI recently visited the KFC location and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was painfully slow. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and initially ignored me, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant.
When I finally placed my order for a 6-piece chicken, it took more than 35 minutes to prepare. This is unacceptable, especially considering there were no other customers. When I inquired about the delay, the counter lady responded with a condescending attitude, as if I was being unreasonable for expecting timely service. It's important for the staff to remember that customers are paying for their food, not receiving it for free.
To make matters worse, the staff members were just standing around, eating from the cooked fries and other containers, and laughing with each other instead of attending to my order. It was clear that they were not prioritizing customer service at all.
This was by far the worst experience I have had at any KFC location. The management needs to address these issues urgently to prevent other customers from experiencing the same...
Read moreThis is all of my 16-piece meal order. Just the sides and a leaky iced tea. No chicken no cake. Now I have to go back and waste gas to go 10 miles to pick up something that should have been done in the first place. When I asked the young man at the window if my order was complete he said yes. And with companies changing their packaging so frequently and me usually being able to get that order in one plastic bag, I did not question him. That was my mistake. The KFC in Marion did not make these errors and I am very disappointed that the KFC in Nebo apparently does.
update I went to the KFC and received a full meal replacement. I took with me what I had been given versus what I had ordered and the manager made the correction immediately with no fuss. I did want to thank her but the kitchen was so busy I left without being able to. And while I may have serious issues with the gentleman who took my order and made the mistake and refuse to own it, I do know that the manager is aware of the attitude.
