Went to order footlong. The lady dark hair... Heavy set middle aged.... Was working at 2pm November 14, 18 said that she was out of mayonnaise!?!? The gentleman in line before me said seriously? She replied.. "No, I just don't have time to go get it." I was the only other person in line and I said I would like mayo too so please.. I will gladly wait while you go get it. She refused to go get more when both of the customers....the only customer's waiting both asked for it! Wow I just thought this is the worst customer service ever! She didn't even apologize.. Rushed us out.. Didn't even put the meat or cheese on the footlong correctly. She left one end of the sub with nothing on it. At least an inch..nothing but bread? That she tore when she was trying to cut it😠.. I will never eat at this subway again. I love 💗's😘 and will always get fuel, DEF, shower, and purchase my snack items here.... However- SUBWAY... Erin makes this place special. In my 25+ years of ordering the Veggie Delite, Erin is the first to ever ask me if I wanted for her to change her gloves before picking up the bread to start making my sandwich. (I’m a vegetarian, but it’s fine to use the same gloves)
She’s also has an upbeat attitude and she’s thorough about cleaning both the tables and the seats
The bread and vegetables were fresh
Godfather’s Pizza directly adjacent had some metal pans someone was moving from one tray to another for a few minutes. It was loud and it was hard for Erin and I to hear each other when I ordered. We got through it and eventually the clanging stopped
My experience here would have been significantly different if someone else had made my sandwich

My fiance and I are regulars here. We come in probably once a week and we've always gotten decent service. Except for tonight, when Deana served us. For starters, we've given this woman a ride home before after learning she walks to and from the store. So to be showed the amount of disrespect tonight was seriously hurtful. We walked in and she didn't even notice us for a few minutes, just playing on her phone. When she does, she speaks very bluntly and rudely. I asked for extra cheese twice, never got it. There was barely any steak or lettuce on my sandwich and towards the end, she literally slaps down my sandwich and just walks away without saying anything.
