The service was excellent as always for Zaxby's. And, I was pleased to see the dining room open, though none of the mostly open tables were clean. I was somewhat displeased with the food my family and I received. The taste of my grilled chicken sandwich was good and the quality seemed okay. But, the sandwich size is not what I am used to receiving from Zaxby's. Also, this location had one of those super drink machines with a wide variety of choices and options. But, they all had a chemical flavor to them, something I am not accustomed to with these types of machines. The rest of my family had something negative to say about their meals also. We all frequent Zaxby's in Greensboro and feel this location is an exception to the usually satisfying experience. Maybe Greensboro locations are the exception. I hope other locations do not follow this one...

We wanted to try the new Chicken Philly. I recently ordered 3 meals along with other items. The sandwich was good however we were asked to pull forward while the sandwiches were being made which took 15 + minutes. They were hot and fresh but everything else was cold. I get it, it's new, and we ordered 3. I decided to try again, this time I only ordered 1. However the result was the same. Pull forward, 15+ minutes to make 1 sandwich. We love Zaxby's but this is fast food and should never take this long. We all agree the Chicken Philly was really good, but I won't order it again. Also, you might want to have employees refrain from discussing their personal life and dropping the F bomb at the drive thru.
