Burger King — Restaurant in Marion

I got excited when I seen Burger King was updating and was eager for the day I was able to treat my family out but that day won’t come. On one of the coldest nights we’ve had in awhile it got down to 8degrees January 18th due to this weather it’s hard on cars traveling from work grabbing my son from my in laws needing to grab a last min bite at 11:15 at night with my five year old and ten month old in the car our car overheated and we needed water the few jugs we keep filled was frozen we pulled into the closes spot to try to ask for help which happened to be Burger King they was helping a customer in drive thru I walked up to the front where a manager was he noticed me walking up seen what happened and what I needed helped with with a smile on his face said he couldn’t help because they was closed that being said I’m sickened with how unprofessional and heartless anyone could be specially as a manager myself I could never in my life turn away someone...

SLOW! Literally the point of having two lanes is to serve twice as many people in the same amount of time...NOT so the person who pulls in behind me gets their order taken while I sit in total silence without even a hello! I sat there for FOUR minutes just waiting to say I only want a drink. I finally hear "welcome to Burger...." As I am driving away! I went across the street to McDonald's and they had an ice cold coke ordered, paid for, and in my hand in less than two minutes in less than half the time it took to get a hello from BK. If you can't afford to staff your place maybe you shouldnt have wasted money and time building a whole new building next to the old one! What a waste and...

There is no point in having 2 drive thru lanes if your incompetent clerks are only going to take orders through one. It's absurd to sit and literally be ignored while the other lane takes 5 orders. I just left. Your staff at this location is incompetent and I'll never attempt to come here again. This would've been my first visit by the way.
