Bamboo House Restaurant — Restaurant in Marionville

This used to be my favorite Chinese food place but the quality of both food and service has gone downhill tremendously in the last 6 months. On one I had went and ordered two daily specials with crab Rangoon, when I got my food I was missing the crab Rangoon and went back in to tell them know. The woman who I assume is the owner immediately said (before even checking) that’s not what you ordered. She was super short and kind of rude and never apologized. The food is mediocre at best. On another occasion I asked if I could get cashews (I was willing to pay extra) and was told they don’t have enough cashews to do extra. This was 2pm on a weekday. I will say the younger guy who works the window is always kind and greets you with a smile! He saves their business. I have tried giving them chance after chance as this used to be a favorite spot but they disappoint every time. Ordered dinner my husband went to pick it up the order was wrong, he asked to speak to the management and the lady that said she was management was very rude and said "clearly you can see we are busy" then walked away, she insinuated that my husband was lying about what was in the bag.
