Starbucks — Restaurant in Marlborough

Another five star experience at this amazing Starbucks! I got served by a very nice lady, who is very sweet and they remade my drink when they got it wrong and I really appreciate the great customer service. This is why I always go to this Starbucks and not the other Starbucks!

New update! I am so pleased to always go to this further Starbucks than the closest one to me in Marborough because the customer service is above and beyond and always kind and I spilled the drink because the lid was not on tight enough but they offered to remake me the whole drink and I really appreciate that amazing customer service and I think that everybody in Marborough should go to this Starbucks if they want a happy positive experience because the other Starbucks is not good customer service a lot of the times and they’re not very nice. thank you! If I could write multiple five star reviews I would but I’ll just have to keep updating us with great experiences!

Update, I edited it to 5 stars because I do get some great above and beyond service from this Starbucks and most of the time have a very pleasant time with super kind friendly workers so definitely 5 stars for sure, there was just one experience below that bothered me about Starbucks as a whole company policy, not this specific Starbucks fault

Extra update experience Since I can’t give multiple reviews I’m going to give a good experience review from my experience today so I got an Elphaba drink and it was so late October tasting I don’t know how peppermint and Matcha would come together to really taste like late October but it really made me excited as I looked at the fall colors the burnt fall colors and also the barista was super sweet she was Asian and I loved how sweet and nice she was The other Starbucks on Boston Post Road has mean barista’s and that’s why I don’t go there anymore I always have a kind experience at this location so I always go to this location even though it’s farther

I’m just going to make it a tradition to continuing to update my review with memorable experiences at this Starbucks as I only can do one review. So there was a very nice barista today with a beard I don’t know how to shout out who is super nice but he was so nice and he gave me 2 holiday cups on the side so I can enjoy Christmas in my cold drink order! I really appreciated that! The drink maker forgot my christmassy sprinkles but it’s not like I paid extra for them so I didn’t bother to go back to add them. I looveee the sugar cookie + peppermint combo its sooo Christmassy and delicious I just wish it was around all year or similarly season festive flavors in summer! Disorganized!!?? I always place my orders on the app so when I get there I walk in get my food and go. I always order 5 to 10 ahead before I even leave the house and drop off my mother to work so to ensure my order is there when I arrive. Today was very disappointing. 1st the usual crew that knows me was not there not 1 single person I recognize. 2nd They all looked like they did not know what they where doing or what was going on. 3rd I had to get there attention to get my order. I pointed it out and the guy handed it to me but the girl was like no they have to wait for the mobile orders like 5 minutes everyone of them.

I didn't say anything because all the customer looked upset already. I thought to myself what is the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait. The comment that she made towards me was rude. She didn't say it to me but it was directed to me because I had to practically cut to get my order that was cold already.

Not Happy with the staff and...

Legit the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. When they first opened and they were slow I understood. But now being opened for awhile it’s still extremely slow. A drive threw should be in and out not wait 15 mins or longer to get a single coffee. Today I decided to walk in “ thinking it would be faster” boy was i so wrong. I ordered immediately, then waited 17 minutes just to get two large coffee’s. The poor lady in front of me had been waiting longer than me and was waiting on something also simple. Four people came in behind us and got there orders right away. I felt so bad for the lady because she was late for work and was keeping her cool for a long time. I ended up getting my order before her. If you cannot multi task please don’t work fast food. What a nightmare... guess Dunkins is my...
