Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marmet

This place is absolutely terrible. Just go down a few miles from this location to another Dunkin. It’s the employees and not the chain itself. My last (and final) experience here was quite interesting. After a 15 minute wait (restaurant was NOT busy) , my food was brought out very cold. The employee then argued with my wife and I that the bacon was “room temperature” and he watched them cook it….listen, I NEVER complain. Had the food been simply warm I would have been fine, or replaced, fixed whatever. But when the food is literally so cold, so cold the cheese, hash browns and burnt bacon stuck to the cup because the cheese got cold enough to solidified to the cup in a manner you had to scrape it off of the...

This was my first time ever trying Dunkin and I will never go back. I mobile ordered so it would be faster but I ended up waiting inside for 30 MINUTES because even after the screen said my order was ready my food was not out. When they did give it to me, it was cold and did not taste fresh. Also, I got a chai and the worker put in 99% milk and was very rude. Very freaking slow, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m a trucker so really don’t have much of an opinion when it comes to dunkin inside trucks stops. This one is on my route every once in a while. I placed a mobile order at 07:02PM and it wasn’t ready until 07:15PM that’s 13 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich. This timeline is a normal thing at this location. But on the bright side at least they don’t mess up my coffee like half the other stores do so...
