Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Marshall

It’s honestly unbelievable that waiting an hour in a drive-thru for two ice creams is considered acceptable. There were only three cars in line, and yet I still had to wait that long. I ordered an Oreo Cupfection—no marshmallow, just hot fudge. They also put marshallmallow after asking for it not to be. Also when they finally handed it over, the hot fudge was frozen to the cup, clearly from being made way too early and stored improperly. How hard is it to make sure that your products are actually ready when customers arrive? Least they could have done was made the blizzard first not the cupfection. Marshall Dairy Queen should be ashamed of this level of service. When you’re running a business, especially one centered around something as simple as ice cream, it’s basic customer service to ensure the product is fresh, the wait is reasonable, and the order is prepared correctly. I am giving Marshall Dairy Queen a "0" for all reviews. We ordered 2 small blizzards. We were the only ones in line and it took the little girl cashier at least 5-7 minutes to even wait on us. We were #35. More people began to flow in. 8 more orders were taken in the next 10 minutes, each with multiple people in their groups. #36 was called, #37.....all the way to #41. They all had "cooked" food in their orders as well as ice cream. 20 minutes after our order was taken, we finally asked for our $ back and they were very rude about it. They said they were short staffed. So....you still go in the order of when the food order was taken! Hmmm....the drive thru was going at a pretty brisk pace. I would give them a negative # for a review, but that is not an option. I had to give a 1 star because it wouldn't post if I didn't. The 1 star was for a nice parking lot..... everything...

My family and I went to get a quick meal and treat Friday afternoon about 3:30 and it was the worst time I have ever had there. Even when I was working there years ago have I ever had so much disrespect from so many young inconsiderate school punks that walked right on by past you already in line like they didn't even see you or care. The crew there acted like it was no big deal and actually heard from one that their behavior was minor to other times. I say if they cannot control these disrespectful degenerates then they shouldn't even be open....! There is no rhyme or reason that they should allow that kind of mayhem to go on especially when actual families try to enjoy a quiet peaceful time...
