Laffy Happy — Restaurant in Marshall

Online it shows an inside sitting area. When we arrived it was only outside sitting. Which was ok due to the perfect weather. They were completely out of wings. I had 2 to go orders of 1 steak nacho and 1 beef nacho. When received my order it was only 1 nacho with steak and beef. I informed the cashier of the mistake. Once the lady came from the back to assist she wanted me to pay for another steak nacho cause she said were not going to remake them. I said just charge for a beef nacho due to the change in price and it was yall mistake. She kept saying but you already have beef with added steak. So after going back and forth she kept saying pay for beef and we will give you steak. I kept saying that's not right I need one without the steak. Finally after being irritated and frustrated I said just give me beef only please. She storms to the back mumbling. So when my order was ready I said I'll check it before I leave. Guess what I have another steak with beef nacho! So a man from the back came and asked what do you actually want on the nacho. I said beef only he said we'll that's my mistake. The lady walks away talking noise so I asked her her name she claim not to hear me until I raised my voice and said whats your name she replied, I'm part owner. I said I asked your name and she yelled Chasity. I informed her she can loose the attitude with me cause yall are making the mistakes. The guy said we'll what can we do to make it right I gladly said refund me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN RUIN A RESTAURANT...

I'm not sure how to comment on atmosphere since it's just a drive-thru or pick up window- it was okay. It's neat and clean. They offer foods that you're less likely to find locally. The food was good, and the portions were good. The price was average for what prices are right now. I think the only issue we had was we'd ordered hamburgers with fries, and we got just a hamburger. When I called back she said that she only rang us up for a hamburger. None of this was verifiable because they don't give receipts. I think everybody was well satisfied with their meal for taste and fullness. The only thing that really stood out was their funnel cake fries. I think all four of us finish those before we even left...

The burger was bland, had absolutely no flavor at all. The potato was suppose to have chicken and bacon. It was only bacon. Overcooked dry and bland. Just not worth 18 bucks plus tip. I will never eat there again. Ever...

I couldn't have brought it back because your placed closed during business hours "because we ran out of stuff". So that wasn't an option, second make good quality food the first time and you wouldn't have to worry about bad reviews.
