Game X Change — Local services in Marshall

I have never been much of a gamer since I was a kid. I'm now 30. My aunt gave us a Xbox 360. We had no clue what we were getting into. We had many questions and many issues through the whole process. The employees at the this location where always helpful and attentive to what we needed. I have called up there plenty of times with many of questions and everyone is always answeed. If not they find the answer. I would recommend these guys to everyone. . Rather your a gamer or not not. You will be after speaking with these guys. My husband is how addicted and so am I. Bought a Wii and 3 games for my 5yr pls son and paid $120 on Thursday.. we decided we didn’t really like the Wii and would rather take it back and buy him a Nintendo Switch. (They didn’t have a switch so we went to Best Buy and bought one) I took the Wii and games back knowing they said it would only be store credit - I thought that was fine I could just get a few games for the new switch we just bought him anyway. But no - because I was honest and told them there was nothing wrong with it we just bought a switch instead they told me they would only “buy it back” from me and literally game me $20 for this Wii and games that I just spent $120 on 3 days ago.. definitely will never spend another penny...

Poor customer service.. maybe my appearance was off but the guy behind the counter was cold rude and definitely jacking prices up on the pokemon..
