Casey's — Restaurant in Marshalltown

We ordered online at 4:30 pm on Saturday afternoon a taco pizza for pickup at 6 pm. I picked it up at 6, and saw the associate retrieve the pizza from the TOP of the oven, not from the oven or warmer. When we got home we found the pizza wasn't even slightly warm, and the crust was tough, likely from sitting too long. This was the first time I'd had Casey's taco pizza, after family had raved about. It probably is good when hot and fresh, but not cold and tough.

Update: I've changed my earlier three-star review to five stars, as Casey's made it right and provided a free replacement pizza after I reported our experience. The supervisor I talked with said he remembered the order, as it came in online during a super busy evening with a high volume of pizza orders. The "make it right" response seems to be...

The pizza turned out really good but they had called me and told me they were having trouble with the new equipment they have for their app we went to go pick up the pizza the app said the total price was $16.02 that was 1499 plus tax when we got there the price had increased to 1699 and they said sorry what the app says it's not right you'll have to pay the 1699 that's all we can tell you barely had enough money since I only had that laid out had to go see the vehicle looking for spare change to come up with the money you can't go by the app so make sure you bring along an extra Buck or two even though 1499 plus tax equals 1602 this was the new app that offered a family of four a large pizza 2 liter bottle of Pop breadsticks and dessert f a m 4...

These are the slowest gas pumps in the United States outside of ones that you have to hand pump. Thank you Casey's for installing new gas pumps and for months not adjusting them so that they don't fill quickly I can assure you spending 30 minutes to pump gas into my truck will not convince me to spend more in the store

It takes 44 seconds to pump 1 gallon of gas I have a video of it but apparently I can't upload it here I'll send it to Casey's corporate and see if they care enough to address this issue otherwise I would advise you to steer clear of the Casey's on lincolnway in Marshalltown otherwise they may be asking you to pay rent for as long as it takes to fill...
