The cook that was on this particular night was great. We were there the day before in the morning and it was just so so. There really isn't too much of an atmosphere to be speaking of. That's why I gave it a 4 out of five. Not that it's really lacking. So to say well maybe it is a little bit lol, but it isn't really bad either. It is just a very small intimate place that hasn't changed anything in years lol. Maybe the countertops looked a little different?! It's been a minute since I had been a regular there as in 12 years or so! But it's pretty fail proof! One thing I noticed has changed is the portions. The biggest reason we used to go there is because you actually could get a full meal. I was pretty disappointed this trip after ordering a cheese fry that came with hardly any cheese and was not enough to share with someone as anticipated, and it cost us almost $9. Don't waste...

Used to be a good place but their customer service has gone down like anything. They overcharged us by $15 and luckily we checked the bill (which we usually dont). Upon asking the owner said we ordered individual items and not a meal and then she mistakenly charged $9 for fries. They refunded me $3 instead of $15 and then when I pointed at everything and asked them to check their cameras is when they refunded me $8. Clearly they were trying to bully me after overcharging me.

Horrible...tell me 10 minutes food will be ready...i get there waited 20 minutes just to be told that three cook forgot my omelet.....but the rest of my food was ready and them he takes another10 minutes before throwing the eggs on the grill ... Then said there not recooking my food again...after watching the rest of your food sit there for 20 minutes and then he starts my eggs i tell them to re make it all they said no ..... I've been coming here since my dad worked at shell and i have never been that miss treated......been coming here since i was 6 I'm 35.....english they couldn't understand didn't know what there meat omelet was the old owners need...
