I wasn't going to leave a review, but now I feel like I need to. We ordered the Yuca chicharon plate, and when it came out it looked nothing like the picture. The Yuca was cold and it had 6 pieces of small fried chicharon. We ordered the pupusa plate with rice and beans, the pupusas themselves were decent. But the rice didn't have a good flavor. And we got a burrito carne asada. When it came out they put a baby portion of chips on the plate. The amount we paid we expected more, especially the chicharon. But now my son has a stomach ache. First the forgot one of the items on my order, so I called and asked for a refund for the one item but they said they did not know how to do refunds, so I had to drive back across town to pick up the item or lose the money. When I got there they said my transaction didn’t go through and asked for payment again. I hesitantly paid a second time and then this morning realized I was charged twice. I called again and was hung up on and then got a call back saying that all of a sudden they know how to do refunds now and refunded the second charge. I can't express enough how good this people treat me, how welcome I felt and then the highlight of the Rest is the food flavor. Forget about trying other places in the area, if you like Hispanic food like I do, you will not find such an explosion of flavor like this place has. I first tried the "Sopa de res" (beef soup), and then I try the "Yuca frita" (fried cassava), both dishes were astonishing and if you got enough space I really recommend the "Pupusas"(thick corn tortillas stuffed with whatever you want), there aren't NO bad choices in this small restaurant, please give it a try, you won't regret it.
