Small Town Pizza — Restaurant in Martinsburg

Well my first thing is ive ate at other fox's many of time and this fox's just dont seem to get it, they've messed my order up on three different occasions, then take over an hour to deliver my food and dont even tell me how long it will be. Then on top of that i call to find out where my food is i and how long til' i will get my food and was told the food will be leaving in 4 minutes and i hear her over the phone saying i need to calm down to her other coworker, darlin all im asking is where my food is. So if i could be really honest i would give them no stars to this place and i think the owner needs to rethink on hiring...

Fantastic pizza, always. But they are awesome with customer service too! This is the first time EVER we've had an issue and it was taken care of immediately and they went above and beyond expectations.

Just to add to my previous review, they do fantastic with online orders. Added a note to go light with the hot sauce and they most definitely saw it and used less hot sauce. Salads are...

I was in your store today around we ordered 2 Stromboli's and I ordered a buffalo salad . I had to tell you how great they were I could not finish the salad But it was great and the Stromboli looked delicious. Now we took one of the Stromboli home and heated it foe Dinner and it was the best we have had . I will be sure to stop some tile again, and tell others about your food...
