Antonio's Pizza Planet — Restaurant in Maryland

Sadly we are here to add to the negative reviews. It was our first time ordering from this pizza joint and it will be the last time. I have no interest in calling to complain because I don't want to eat their food again. My husband and I ordered a cheese steak combo, a teaser salad, corn nuggets and mozzarella sticks. My first concern is that I was told a 38$ total on the phone which I paid for with a card. When delivery got here #1 I did not get a receipt, #2 the total on the sticker on the bag was a well rounded number of 40.99 (there may have been a fee of some kind that he missed but I was not told this total) #3 the delivery driver did not want to bring the food to my door. Kept repeating "I don't see you" implying he wanted me to come outside.

The food was not worth what we paid for it. My salad was mostly croutons. Not kidding. When I figure out how to add a photo I will. The corn nuggets were not corn nuggets at all, they were more like Mac and cheese bites.....not what we ordered. My husband said the cheese steak was alright. The food was luke warm, I truly did not enjoy anything about this meal my husband and I shared for dinner after a long day at work. Very disappointing. Their menu was beautifully displayed, their website talked them up about quality, and quickness. Very disappointed. Won't order...

The WORST SERVICE ever. I ordered online and things went successfully. That was the only successful part to my dinner. I ordered 2 cups of nacho sauce to for my children's fries. When the order was delivered, the cheese was missing. I called and asked for a refund they agreed but quoted me a price of $1.98 each when I was charged $2.05 each. Fine, rip me off, just refund me. So then my kids opened their subs and they were wrong. I called and whoever answered the phone would not listen to what I was saying so I had to raise my voice. He then put the cook on the phone. The cook tried telling me what I ordered and that he made it right. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED! Then he tells me that he can't see what I ordered until the ticket came back with the driver. After a few mins he stated he would remake the sub then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and the person who answered (the same man who answered before) says he didn't hang up on you, we are just busy and that my sub will be here in 25 mins. We will see. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 1 AM and I was definitely grateful that Antonio’s was open but I have to be honest it was not at all worth $25. When I called the man on the phone was short, rude and just unpleasant. The man was incredibly irritated when HE asked me to repeat my room number 4 times which is a little backwards in my opinion. I get it that this weekend there is a music festival and they probably have tons of other orders going out, but that doesn’t mean customer service should suffer or not be there at all. Pizza arrived cold and we stayed in a hotel 2 minutes away. I definitely do not recommend Antonio’s.

Thank you for your response, but it is clear that you have been working on these same issues with customer service and management for quite some time now and it is obvious that nothing has changed. I wish you the best of luck with your business and hope you learn how to respectfully speak to people that are paying (overpaying) you for a service. I would actually change this to a 0 star review now, solely based on the fact that the owner clearly has no intention of making any improvements. Still highly do...
