Unless the manager is nearby, the staff (particularly this one lady) never wants to honor the $1.00 menu from 2-5pm.
They don't advertise the special like the one in Clinton or Crofton. I have to walk in every time with the advertised special from the Sunday paper or else I get shorted.
I forgot I left the paper in the car, but I ordered a roast beef slider, small fries, and a small vanilla shake for what I thought would cost $3.18 with tax.
Instead, the lady says that "she's not supposed to be doing this because the menu is going away soon." She acts like she's doing me a favor. She proceeds to inform me that the small fries aren't on the special menu. So I settle for the slider and small shake.
She gave me the correct slider, but with a junior vanilla shake, not the small shake that I expected. Once I returned to my car, I saw that everything I ordered was on the $1.00 menu. Since the food was good, I gave it an extra star.
Don't waste your time at this one unless you are willing to pay full price. The other good reviews must be from people who weren't aware of the special menu. This garbage has happened to me several times. I'm not a rude or person, so I don't know why I get mistreated so often.
Try the McDonald's or 7-eleven across the street. There's also a Wendy's at the next light...
Read moreAfter a nail biting trip to PG Courts for a traffic ticket, I was relieved and starving. There isn't much around so I saw a Arby's and forgot about breakfast. They have some new things on the menu that are surprising for a chain restaurant. They sell Gyros and an amazing looking fish sandwich on a Hawaiian roll 👌. My stomach literally shook my body at the site but that's the only positive for this excursion. The store opened at 10 and I was a little early about 9:50. I could see the staff watching me from inside and I was determined not to be that person and to pretend my diet buster was breakfast - so I left to get OJ at the nearby 7-11. I purposely slowed down and returned 20 minutes later. It's after opening time and I'm hangry. Drove to the drive-in - no answer. Mood elevated to a 3. No worries it's still early - I'll walk in. Door locked and the staff is looking back at me - ummm hello - you're officially past open. I walked away determined not to be upset and waited some more. Let's just this way at almost 10:30 - it's obvious they wanted me to go away and that I did. Not...
Read moreSo I come in to order and it took 5 minutes for someone to greet me with no other customers in the store. The cashier was busy installing liners on the trays. Once again in full view of me and another customer that came in a couple of minutes after me. She literally lined every single tray for almost 5 minutes before greeting us. Place looks fully staffed but the rest of the staff that I could see was on their cellphones. Took 10 minutes to get my food and it was totally wrong. When I notified the cashier she came over and used her dirty hands to open the sandwich to check and then said that this was supposed to be a door dash order. So she wraps it back up, puts it back in the bag and sits it next to what looks like other door dash orders. This is after she opened the sandwich with her bare hands....No apologies issued. Had to wait another 10 to get the right food and then I see that they put onions on my sandwich. I asked for no onion. Place is falling off. Also I saw no less than 3 customers return orders...
