Bellagio Wings & Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We purchased a cheese steak sub which was over cooked and dried out, my son ordered chicken tenders and fries, 4 hours later he threw up all over the place for 2 hours! Chicken chunks all in his vomit! It was horrible for him. I had to take him to the emergency room the next day for treatment. We also ordered 2 xl pizzas. One with half chicken and half pepperoni, and one with extra cheese. We asked for XX sauce. Well both pizzas was dried out, the cheese was over cooked, and both pizza’s barely had any sauce at all. The pizza’s taste terrible. We saved the pizzas to return to the restaurant. We called the manager at Balligio inform him of the horrible experience we had. I had to tell 3 people the same story. The manager finally got on the phone. He was not trying to help us at all. We wasted $51.00. The manager said that they already Z-ed out the register and he cannot refund me my money. I was like what! I worked in the restaurant industry for 35 as a district manager. I would never allow my managers or employees to treat a customer like this! We also noticed the floors, counters, tables and walls were dirty. Nevertheless, we called the health department fir them to check this overall restaurant and food safety issues out. I also called an attorney because our son was good poisoned. Do not ever eat there if you want...

As far as sub shops go, in my opinion there's never really many that stand out over the other. Similar foods, similar prices. The only one that usually stand out are the ones that mess up repeatedly and you know to stay away from. As for Bellagio's, this sub shop right here... I have never had such a great experience with customer service every single time I order. From Singh the gentleman who's usually answering the phone to take orders, to the delivery drivers. Everything about this place stands out with how they treat there regulars, even the ones who only do delivery. Shoot, when I wasn't a regular it was the same experience my very first order. Start to finish excellent experience and service when ordering from here. I have been ordering here for a few months now and honestly should have left this review sooner. Highly recommend! Food is always good, nothing special, just sub shop food, but always made right and good!! Mr. Singh, the cooks not messing up orders, and delivery drivers always showing up in a decent time, this is what keeps me coming back. Thanks Bellagio's, thanks Singh! I got the cheeseburger pizza and the Asian salad.

I would say the pizza is the worst I've had in northern Baltimore county up to this point.

The pizza is supposed to have ground beef and bacon. I think they skimped on the toppings because all I could taste was cheese, crust, and sauce. Either that or the toppings are so tasteless that I didn't notice them. I think it was the former although since they tend to put the toppings under the cheese in these parts I couldn't well tell. I did get a bit of stringy bacon though, so the little they are using does not seem to be nice. Maybe a bit of both? Cheap and tasteless ingredients as well as not much of them?

That wouldn't be so bad if the base was good, but it wasn't. The crust was marginal, the sauce was too sour.

The Asian salad was... warm. Interesting choice for a salad, but it doesn't really work. It was also doused with some sort of oil. I think sesame oil, but who knows. It ended up looking and tasting oily and soggy. A far cry from the fresh and sharp-looking vegetables on the image.

Overall an unpleasant meal. It was a little cheaper than usual, but not by much. Maybe 10% less than the...
