Burger king in bryans rd is absolutely horrible. My review is based on the night shift. My husband and I have busy life's so we frequently visit fast food places more than I like to admit. There is us plus 5 kids so its a large expensive order every time. We usually take the harley to get there. We didn't have problems at first then for some reason we couldn't get anyone to take our order. They literally argued with us that they couldn't hear the bike on the speaker they couldn't hear us yelling over the bike wich is crazy since there wasn't a problem with it before. The manager had to start dealing with us and he to was aggravated and said they can't hear us through the box to place our order at the window. We went again last night because I'm not feeling well and wanted something fast and easy. To do this with less hassle we decided to just pull up to the window without arguing just to get home quicker. We do just that. Aggrivated a different lady opens the window and says you didn't have to pull up to this window I heard you and was about to take your order. All my husband could say was I wish y'all would make up yalls mind what y'all want me to do. We could tell the lady was still aggravated as the manager that usually lets us know that they simply can not hear any motorcycles walks up and its obvious she's not usually there when they decide to not take our order and she is rightfully aggravated and tells the same manager guy Idk why they just pulled up I heard them and was about to take there order. Smh!!! $35 later we get home my whopper with ketchup may & cheese only had dried up ketchup with no mayo. My husbands had no cheese with an abundance of lettuce and just thrown together. The fries were half filled and the kids burgers. (8 in total) where dried out and the cheese had to be stail. It wouldn't melt even after putting in the microwave ( wich did the opposite of an easy quick meal) with 7 very hungry and unhappy people. Now today when I call to complain and give them a chance to make right what was obviously very wrong they won't even answer the phone. I have been calling all day. I will update weather or not this issue was corrected or not but maybe burger king should hire people who want to be there and not play and joke and will take orders and get them correct. I would be worried when the McDonald's reopens across the street if I was Burger King. People will pay for great service and respect. ...
Read moreI just can't explain. Sometimes people just need to be educated. Order at drive-thru & it was wrong. Asked for supervisor & she wasn't smart ("you're allergic to ketchup base products. Well, tomatoes aren't ketchup"). She personal took my food to remake and proceeded to leave it on the counter and help someone else. After a few mins she remade it just to add tomatoes 😱😱 "No Tomatoes" 😒😒
She remade my food two to three more times cause she couldn't read it correctly and couldn't understand tomatoes are in the ketchup family. No Tomatoes However, I'm persistent so like Kevin Hart said "you're gonna learn today". Now go and remake my food again. I'm watching this time. Once I got the right order she thought I was going to take those cold fries. Customer service wasn't one of the supervisors strong points. Wish I got the name of cashier cause she had better customer service skills while the co-workers whispered and looked from the window area of the drive-thru. SMH

Read moreThe frozen drinks machine is ALWAYS down here!!! This is ridiculous. Just save yourself sometime and go across the street to McDonald's where their machines are always working.
Months later, I revisited this location and pulled in the drive thru and no one acknowledged me at the menu speaker board. I stated "hello" several times and even blew my horn but no one said a word. I backed out and pulled into the next drive thru lane when someone finally acknowledged my presence...smh.
Follow up, this location has drastically improved with the availability of their frozen drinks during my past visits over the last few months. I am changing my review from two stars to four. As far as the atmosphere goes it's not bad except that the drive thru trash can is a great addition to customer service but it seems to always be full.
