KFC — Restaurant in Maryland

Probably the rudest people at the drive through window I've encountered since living here. Pulled up, smelling nothing but cigarette smoke because an employee was smoking out front of the restaurant. Placed my order, no pleasantries from the girl on the other end. She aasked if that was all I said, "Um, let me see, just a second"...she then said "Is that all or not?". Rude. Pulled up to the window. She didn't say a word, took my card, handed it back, handed me food and turned around. Never said a word. Even though I said Thank You. I sat there and checked my food. She opened the window and asked what was wrong. I had BBQ and Hot tenders...there was virtually NO sauce. I told her this. She said, "what do you want me to do about?". I told her it was a ripoff and to just hand me some sauce packets. She said she guessed she could have manager approve more sauce. I said the packers would be fine. She got a bunch and all but there them at me, like SHE was irritated. I still said Thank you and she just closed the window. The customer service everywhere in this area is HORRIBLE but this has probably been the worst. Just got home....and NO wedges. Great. I sure paid for...

UPDATE: Went in at 4:15 yesterday to try it again on our way home. They had NO CHICKEN! She said I would have to wait 20 - 25 minutes for it. I just don't get it. How are they still in business. Chicken is WHAT they sell! If they don't have that, they have NOTHING! Unbelievable.

We were all hungry and didn't feel like cooking. We decided chicken sounded good, so I went to this KFC and ordered a big bucket of chicken and sides. I ordered original and extra crispy. They were both disgusting. When I got home (20 minutes away) and opened the bucket I found a grease laden mess. There was nothing crispy about the extra crispy chicken. It was as if the entire bucket of chicken was just soaked in grease. We won't go back. There is no excuse for a business whose primary product is chicken to serve chicken that looks like that. It was expensive and of the poorest quality....

This was my first time back to a KFC in well over 20 years. The service was prompt and my cashier was polite (+). There were a lot of employees on hand, one of which was actively cleaning (++).

I ordered the Famous Bowl. It was a bit skimpy on the chicken, but otherwise I enjoyed it.

My one real critique is the need for some deep cleaning in the lobby. It was evident that the floor had a layer of oil on it that made it quite slippery. I adopted the senior shuffle so my feet would stay beneath me. As I was leaving, I noticed the doors, especially at the bottom, need to be cleaned. A good scrubbing would take care of both the floors and doors. I didn't look around for other areas needing attention, but overall the lobby...
