Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

Burger has really gone down hill. I hate going to Burger King anymore and everyone i talk to agrees. I never post reviews and have tried to go back multiple times after the bad service but i guess not anymore. Especially the one on North Point. Staff is immature and not friendly. Waited for 15 minutes at the drive thru speaker one night around 8pm and then a boy came on the speaker and said sorry he forgot i was there. When i got up to the window it was a bunch of teenagers laughing and asking me weird questions because they were having a debate. A few weeks ago my husband and i spend $30 on a few burger meals and all came with fries, asked for bbq and was told no, that fries don’t come with bbq. My husband hasn’t gone back since then. I just bought 2 8pc chicken fries from North Point location. That’s 16 chicken fries. The sign said that a 12pc is 2 sauces and 4pc is 1 sauce. I was only given 2, when i ask the woman at the window for 1 more bbq sauce since i bought 16, she blatantly told me no that i could pay $.30 for more but that I’m only getting 2 sauces. Guess i should’ve bought a 12pc and a 4pc to get the extra sauce.. even though it’s the same amount as my 2 8pc orders. Won’t be going back to Burger King. It’s a shame because I like the food more than McDonald’s but never get such bad service at McDonald’s. Burger King advertises that the customer is royalty but that’s obviously...

Staff unprofessional no FOH cashier when I asked when they would be back to station I was met with a I’m not rushing for nothing now i’m not a Burger King employee, so maybe I’m not qualified to make this next statement but I’m pretty sure customers on the dining room take priority over restocking, fry containers and frogs but apparently this establishment doesn’t want to serve the public properly nor make any money because the females that they have in there would prefer to talk and chitchat and laugh and giggle instead of doing their job it’s ridiculous you stop in for food on your lunch break and you can’t even get food because of the people at the establishment are incompetent. I feel sorry for the young man who stuck preparing the food because he was actually doing his job and out of all the people in the restaurant, the only person to even acknowledge me walking in thanks for leaving me goodness on my way back to work A1 Service
