This wawa is the most unorganized wawa I have ever been to mind you I’m not from this area grew up in pa where wawa was everywhere and knew how to run them so when finding this one so close to my job and my house I was pretty happy but ever time I come it takes almost 30 mins to get my stuff bc apparently nobody has a brain in there has to price check everything then once you watch check everything then the will move even slower to clear out the line I get I used to work at a gas station but there is no excuse for u every time u check out someone to recount all your money last night I decided to use the app thinking it would save some of my time so that I can get back to work on time but nope they took almost 15 minutes to get the order together keep in mind I ordered a hour earlier there is no excuse for that but just the fact that they are just lazy workers at the end of the day on top of that I was missing some of my food as well it doesn’t matter what time I come in it’s like this every time they are a little bit better early in the morning but that’s about very disappointed in my experience if I were I would just go to a different wawa might be another 15 min drive but at least the one in Baltimore knows what they are doing and the guy with with blue tips on the end of his hair always very rude bc he has to work like sorry if didn’t want to work around people get a different job and is definitely why this...
Read moreThis review is to acknowledge an employee who showed me sincere customer support. Tina noticed me struggling with all of my purchased items before leaving the store. She approached me and asked me if I needed a bag. Knowing that I was going to end up dropping something I already paid for, I thanked her and accepted the bag. Tina chose to put the customer first, knowing that she wasn’t supposed to offer me that. Then, right in front of me, some other employee jumped out from behind the counter just to correct her and say that unless it’s a mobile order, bags cannot be given out. I was a paying customer just like any other order. Tina saw that and put me first, just as proper customer service should be!! Thank you Tina. Read moreWhile i am a huge fan of Wawa (from my time living in SE Pennsylvania) there is just something about this one that gives me the wrong vibe. Like pretty much all of the Wawa's in the Baltimore area that i know of, this one has fuel services, the price of which makes it ultra competitive with the other gas station in the area. The store it's self is just average. Customer service could use some improvement, (they always seem a bit downtrodden). It also doesn't seem to be as clean as the others in the area as well (either that or they keep their lights in the store to low, as it always seems to be a bit darker than others), but still cleaner in general than most of the farm stores. It's not enough to keep me from going to Wawa, but if given a choice, i would go to the one on Eastern or Pulaski as opposed...
