Food and service were terrible. Called ahead and ordered pizza and a sub - Cheesesteak with provolone only. Arrive and have to wait in a long line just to pick up. Bring food home, open to find a steak sub with bacon and American Cheese. Drive back, must wait in a line at least 8 people deep to tell them they made my sub wrong only to be greeted with dumbfounded looks on how that happened and an offer to remake the sub. Waited 10 minutes for my remade sub and the guy hands it to me as he's talking to someone else not even looking my way, no words at all - no sorry that we made your sub wrong, no sorry you had to drive all the way back here, nothing. Not even a word. You apologize to people when you get their order wrong - common courtesy. Take my sub home and its not even on a sub roll, it is on what appears to be a calzone type dough. Worst cheesesteak I ever had. Pizza was not good either. If you're so busy that you don't care about apologizing to customers when you've done something wrong, I'll never be back. Worst...
Read moreFeel kinda bad lowering the stars because of the French Fries but gotta give them something to improve. First timer and definitely not a last timer. The Italian Sub, Antipasta Salad, and Chicken Parm Sub were all very good and generous portions. Their pizza is probably #2 on my list of favorites in Maryland because I love thin and crispy crust. May have moved up if it had meats instead of veggies but I didn't order it.... They had a steady stream of walk in orders and carryout throughout the hour we sat in and ate our food. It's a carryout, very small and kinda dated but the family who owns it/runs the place were very polite, asked us about our experience/happiness with our meal, where they could improve, and were genuinely appreciative of us coming in for our meal. Honestly, the fries weren't terrible, they were crinkle fries, just could have been cooked a little longer and salted for MY liking. They sell pizza by the slice so next trip I'm gonna try a slice with meats and their white pizza. That's where a pizza joint wins...
Read moreThe neapolitan pizza is an excellent slice, great toppings, and the fold is on point. The Stromboli was top notch. Staff were all super friendly. Definitely a must try place for all travelers passing through.
Follow up review: Been in Baltimore for a month now, this is probably the best tasting pizza in the area. And definitely the friendliest staff by a mile. Feels like coming home.
Final update: Giuseppe and Karen have offered me the absolute best customer service experience, possibly ever. Not only do they make some the finest neapolitan pie I've ever had, they always treat me like family. From Karen answering the phone like I'm her nephew, to Giuseppe waving and calling my name every time I hit the door. It is the family run small business like this that are the true heart and soul of the communities they serve. I miss this place every time I have to order pizza. Can't wait until I can make my back to Glen Burnie to grab another...
