I attended this location on March 13th at about 2:15pm while with my daughters having my oldest in the front seat. As we pulled up to the window it took us a little long to get the order together as we hadn’t been to checkers in a while. As we finally ordered through the mic we pulled up to the window. I greeted the cashier Stephania as we opened the window to give our food she didn’t say anything so I assumed she didn’t hear me although her facial expression showed slight irritation. I told her thanks and have a good day as I proceeded to look in the bag and make sure that our order was right after spending almost 30 dollars. When I saw that I ordered one large fries and one medium fry and they were identical in portion and asked for an adjustment Stephania called the manager on shift to the window. I wasn’t greeted by her as well and her face was balled up like she didn’t want to be at work. I politely expressed to her my concern and she nonchalantly said “that’s just our size” I said ok but can you look at the medium and and large fries and tell me what does this look like as the medium was overflowing with more fries than large. Since she had an extreme attitude at this point I asked for the manager on shift before I actually knew that she was. She then stated “ I am the manager.” “ I said I’ll correct it” as if I was being rushed. She slammed the window to go get fries then came back handed then to me and I told her to have a nice day and received no response. I heard nothing but a slammed window while proceeding to drive away. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ORDER WAS CORRECTED SO I GIVE IT ONE STAR. Read moreI agree with all the other bad reviews of this particular Checkers location. The inside is horrible. Why they tinted the windows is a mystery. I'm assuming they don't want you to see how bad it really is in the kitchen. They wasted time doing that because the food tells you how bad it is.
I stood in line, well there was no line; but, I was inside placing an order with my fingers crossed. When I was finally ready to leave; my feet were stuck to the floor. The floor obviously hadn't been mopped. They must have used dirty water if they did.
You can forget them getting your order right if you deviate from the menu. It took them 4 tries to get my burger right. All I asked them to do was put lettuce, onion and tomatoes on it. They kept putting mustard and or mayo on it.....and yes, they were English-speaking Americans.
They don't even spell the specials right on the big sign. I've seen them use 3's for E's, zeros for O's or just abbreviate. I wish they would do an episode of Undercover Boss at that location. The Health Department should pay them a visit and...

Someone asked to take my order; I gave my order, then silence for several minutes. Next, a voice came over the speaker stating that the lane was closed and I needed to move to the other. I did and then complained that there was no signage or cone indicating that the left lane was closed, and that I lost my rightful place in line. My concerns were dismissed so I requested to speak with a manager who stated the left lane was for Uber. I stated there was no signage or cone indicating the lane was not open to me, that I was inconvenienced and lost my place in line, and that I expected to be treated like a valued customer.
