Our experience tonight was terrible. First off, it says something when you walk into a building and there's NO ONE there. To start off we ordered 3 appetizers, we got one appetizer first and then got the other 2 about 15 minutes later (mind you there is NO ONE else there) then 10 mins later the food comes. 4 of us, we all ordered burgers, only 3 came. Why? There is literally NO ONE there. Not only was there a burger missing we told the "waitress" no tomatoes, no onion on one of the burgers and they were on it. The other burger we asked for the bacon on the side, no bacon came at all. My burger was actually okay. But my husband's came about 10 mins later. He got to sit there while everyone else had food and he didn't (did I mention no one else was there????). So then my mother in law orders dessert, it was a supposed to be a chocolate chip cookie with chocolate lava in the middle with vanilla icecream and caramel sauce. This cookie was about 2 inches in diameter in a little.plastic container with one baby scoop of icecream, and wait you guessed it, no caramel. The "waitress" said they were out. So my MIL asked for a plate, we get an aluminum container to out it in. No molten chocolate. No caramel. Small. The "waitress" proceeds to tell us she can't help us because they just tell her to microwave the cookie and put icecream on it. She said she would get the manager. Never did. We waited about 25 minutes before we got up and then my MIL had to walk back to the kitchen to find someone to help us check out. Then while we are standing there we can hear the POS waitress running her big mouth about us and laughing. Obviously mocking us like we were joke. We then asked for the manager who said she would say something but I don't think she is or will, so I'm going to call tomorrow and ask to speak to whoever is above this so called manager. You don't treat your guests like that, period. I was a waitress for years and I never ever treated a customer like that. We tipped her but barely, and that's before we heard her running her mouth because if we heard that already she would have gotten nothing. People like that shouldn't be in the service industry. What I can say is that the food was prepared well. Whoever cooked it did that well but the timing was terrible and you forgot a meal when the entire restaurant was empty. I don't remember the waitresses name but my MIL has her receipt and the girls name is on it and trust and believe if it's up to me she will be jobless tomorrow evening. Maybe she will learn to treat people with kindness and not hatred. My MIL was having a really bad day, and she even told the girl it wasn't her fault that it was a bad day and all of that. I asked not to be seated by bathroom; hostess huffed and puffed and finally seated me...perhaps they have a system for seating, but there were plenty of booths available, and her obvious bad energy was certainly not necessary...I should have left then. I sat for about 15 mins before waitress came. The manager passed by me several times and not once did she ask if I had been serviced or offered to bring drinks...nothing. It was not busy. Finally waitress came - no silverware, napkins, nothing. I gave my drink and food order. Waited another 10mins before received coffee and water and the cup was filthy, so I asked for another cup - another 10 mins wait. I had to ask for silverware, napkins, straw, etc. Waited 15-20 mins for simple value slam meal. When I received it, the food was cold - Gravy stiff, eggs stiff, etc. The waitress was new as I later found out, and certainly needed better training. And as I am waiting for waitress to bring me check (in which she never brought it), another waitress who had serviced a booth in front me (arrived 15 min after me and was serviced and left and I'm still waiting), asked me if she could help me. She seemed to not to want to overstep her colleague, but she noticed I had been there a while, so I told her that I just wanted the check. Then to top all of that off, as I am waiting for check, the manager comes over under guise of sweeping floor and took the $10 tip off of booth table in front of me and put it in her apron pocket, which belonged to waitress who asked if she could help me. I sought out the waitress to let her know and when confronted, the manager said she thought it was hers because the hostess said it was hers...the manager knew she did not service that table. Im glad i saw it because that young lady would not have received her tip...bad service and stealing tips. When I went to pay, I asked for manager to share my experience...that's when the person who stole tip came over and I learned she was manager. Will not be back. The new waitress suddenly arrived while i am at register. I gave new waitress a tip anyway, but I let her know she needed to be more attentive to her...
Read moreHorrible experience after waiting forever for service our food comes and there is a fly in the syrup container when the amazing waitress seen it she went and got the manager at which time she said well I don't know how it got in there and then walked off and disappeared just so I can say again the waitress was amazing her name was Diane I wouldn't hold any of the following against her well as we finished up our mail finally an hour and 45 minutes later with the waiting included we finally got to leave with no manager ever coming back to check on the rest of our meal and while standing in line waiting to check it out we then hear the manager tell a gentleman that because he waited 40 minutes and cashed out that she would give him free complimentary drinks for the next time he came in once again still not acknowledging the fact that we are even standing there when something was said to her about it how she gave drinks for someone was waiting and not even as much as a check up on us I expressed how rude it was she just followed it with well okay the total is I also made sure to compliment the waitress again to her and she was like okay your total is being extremely dismissive I then told her about you know that flies are dirtier than roaches in most cases she said okay the total is once again still taking nothing off of the check no sorrys no nothing this is the way we were treated I then handed the waitress the amazing waitress a $20 tip on a $42 tab that had no discount on it even though we had that was delivered to our table really need to check in on their sanitary policies I will be calling their corporate office I don't usually leave reviews but being in the food industry as long as I have that truly even when their customers being nice is not the way that anyone should be treated I kept my cool until the fact that she was extremely dismissive after she got her money that it was more or...
