Very hit or miss here. It comes down to which team is making your food and that's sad. Multiple times I have ordered pizza with extra cheese and it hasn't had extra cheese. Then sometimes I order it and each slice weighs 1# lol. I think they easily overlook the word (extra) on the receipt or maybe just don't care enough. I have also picked up pizzas where the crust was deformed where it looked more like they expanded the dough by throwing it on the counter and hoping it became round. I am not writing this hoping anyone at dominos reads it. I know it will just get one of those cut and paste call us replies. I am writing this to inform you to check your order before you leave.
Update: Ordered delivery and after 60 mins on a weekday we decided to call to see where our food was. It has shown "out for delivery" for over 30 minutes. They person on the phone said it was right around the corner. 25 minutes later still no food. When it finally arrived the driver was angry, and rude. Said she couldn't find the address. GPS takes you right to the driveway. Pizza was way below safe temps and was thrown in the trash. Called the store for a refund and was laughed at and hung up on multiple times.
Avoid this dominos until the franchise owner gets a real team to manage...

The people in the store don't know anything about the special offers online, when you try to order online it only takes roughly 64minutes to place an order, because the people in the store won't take the order and apply the special offers. This is every time I order online half an hour to an hour to place the order. The screen just hangs. Lately i 'VE MANAGED TO GET THROUGH THE SCREENS A LITTLE EASIER, BUT THERE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE PROGRAM RECOGNIZING THE ORDER TO BE A SPECIAL OFFER. i ALWAYS HAVE TO GO BACK AND SELECT A COUPON OFFER. CAN'T SOMEONE JUST HAVE THE PROGRAM RECOGNIZE THE ORDER AS A SPECIAL OFFER OR MAYBE TELL THE CONSUMER BEFORE GOING TO CHECKOUT THE OFFER IS AVAILABLE AND HASN'T BEEN APPLIED? Read moreThis used to be my go to location, but I don't know what the heck happened to them tonight. Occasionally over the years, the quality was lacking, or they would forget the sauce we ordered. No big deal, usually didn't even bother complaining. Tonight, I ordered 3 pizzas, and the crust was wrong on one of them. Called the store and asked for a replacement. After an hour waiting for the correct pizza, I called them back. Apparently, they never put in the order for the replacement. I asked about a refund, but they only do store credit, which is only good at their location. I'd rather have the whole thing done with - and FINALLY get the right pizza, so I tell the cashier to just send it out. For some reason, she transfers me to someone. I honestly have no idea who the guys was as he gave no name or introduction. After a bunch of back and forth (since I don't know why the heck, I'm now talking to him, since I just told the cashier what I wanted) I ask again for the correct pizza to be sent out. We'll see...
