Horrible experience with this location! Ordered pizza. Waited over an hour. Finally called & asked lady who answered for update on my delivery. She asked for my address & then immediately hung up once I told her. Called back 6 times & no-one answered. Called next day, asked for manager. Couldn't decifer the broken english of guy who answered but he hung up when I repeatedly asked for manager. Called back & he was able to get across that no manager would be there till after 5pm. It was currently 2pm so I called Domino's corporate office, spoke to a customer service rep & was told the location I was dealing with was a franchise & that they would have the owner contact me immediately. Did I mention they took the money out of my account? Waited till 7pm, called location, asked to speak to manager, was told no manager was there. I said, "You're telling me no manager is at your location today?" Lady said "Well, the GM won't be in till tomorrow but manager is making pizza right now. You can speak to her in 2 minutes". I said okay & waited. Lady came on, identified herself as Andrea, asked how she coul help. She cut me off mid sentence & asked my address. She then lied & said driver came to door but no-one answered. I said that's a lie since I was sitting by my door waiting with friends. I then asked why didn't some-one call me. She lied again & said both she & driver called. I told her that was untrue as well since I received no calls & have no missed calls on my cell at which point she said my money would be back in my account in 6 days. I tried to say thats not good enough for the inconvenience & lack of customer service but she hung up in my face before I got to good enough. SMH! As a business owner I know it's hard to find good help to properly represent your company. Especially when it comes to customer service so I sympathize but take it from one who learned the hard way. If you want your business to grow, you're going to have to put your foot down. Even if it means being on site yourself or watching or reviewing via cameras when you cant be there because you only get one chance to make an impression & it only takes 1 person or incident to screw it up. Read moreThis is honestly frustrating. I ordered a medium pizza and boneless chicken, and waited for MORE THAN AN HOUR for something that usually takes 10 minutes for them to make.
I ordered a medium cheese pizza and 8-piece boneless chicken at 7:45, and got a notice saying that the pizza was done, and that they were double-checking/perfecting the pizza at 8:15, which was 30 MINUTES after I ordered the food. Mindblowing, to say the least.
So after this retardedness, I just knew it was going to play out like a horrifyingly stupid train crash, and lucky me, I'd be strapped in for the ride and watching at slow motion.
Next, I waited for about 45-50 MORE MINUTES (that's almost an hour and a half, people) just to see if they would even bother bringing my food. Then, my patience wearing thin, I decided to call them.
On the first call, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then, I hung up, and called again. This time, someone answered, and I had an argument with him, and just told him to be quiet and to cancel my order that wasn't ever coming anyway. After that, he just hung up on me. GREAT customer service, guys. What, did they teach you to always argue with your customers and deny them the service they're paying you for?
But wait, there's more!!! About 2 minutes later, someone called me, and I picked up. It was my delivery guy, saying he was waiting downstairs.
HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK I AM?! I know he probably didn't have my food, so I told him to go back, due to their absolute trash customer service and delivery time.
Seriously guys, for your sake, I hope you never buy from these guys EVER. Just take your money and go somewhere else, like Papa John's and Pizza Hut. Might be farther, but they'll still deliver faster than these...

Dear Dominó’s Pizza Customer Service
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Domino's Pizza. On 2/21/2024 time 8:30pm I placed an order for non-spicy boneless wings, but unfortunately, I received very hot boneless wings instead. This discrepancy in my order not only failed to meet my expectations but also caused me considerable discomfort due to the spiciness of the wings.
Upon discovering the error, I promptly contacted your store to address the issue. However, I was informed that there was no manager on duty and that the staff members were unable to assist me including Denis, or rectify the mistake. I found this lack of accountability and customer service unacceptable, as I was left with no resolution and had to bear the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by the incorrect order.
As a result of this experience and the inadequate response from your team, I regret to say that I have lost faith in the quality of service provided by Domino's Pizza. Consequently, I have made the decision to discontinue my patronage of your establishment and will be seeking alternative dining options in the future.
I hope that this feedback will prompt you to reevaluate your customer service protocols and ensure that such oversights are not repeated with other patrons. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.
