Maritime coffee is just not a very good franchisee. They keep raising their prices and then nickel and diming you over things like swirl added to your coffee. Never had this problem before but for whatever reason I got charged extra today. I come four to five times a week and never had this problem but apparently this is a new thing that they're trying to squeeze out of their customers. I'm not surprised because they seem to be doing this at all their locations. It's getting old and I wish we had better options in southern Anne Arundel county. Looking forward to Royal Farms opening up because I'll be going there as will numerous people that I know. They don't really seem to support any local events or charities in the area either. I’m sorry to have to leave a review, but our order was completely different than we had originally ordered. We asked for a Large Hot coffee with hazelnut creamer and sugar. They put nothing in it, no flavor and it was burnt. As well we asked for two Sour dough breakfast sandwiches, requested that one came with sausage. When we had gotten our order and checked the sandwiches they both had bacon. This would have been fine, we didn’t have any problem with getting a new sandwich. The issue was when lady at the front counter said that we “lied” about the order and it was what we asked for. More often than not things are missing from my mobile orders. It wouldn't be so bothersome if it wasn't the simplest part of the orders that was missing every time. It's always something premade like a donut or even a prepackaged treat that's left out of an order with a food item and a drink. The primary reason to order ahead with the mobile app is to save time in mornings when people are on their way to work. It's particularly frustrating to be held up routinely by something as simple as wrapping up a donut and dropping it in the bag. I have no gripe if the situation indicates that this dunkin location may be out of a particular item that was ordered.
