Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Im fed up with the abysmal service at this Dunkin' Donuts location. Every visit is a struggle, and it's clear the staff couldn't care less about providing a decent customer experience. They're always glued to their Apple AirPods, oblivious to the customers they're supposed to be serving. And if they're not wearing their AirPods, they're glued to their phones, scrolling through who-knows-what. It's not just rude; it's a slap in the face.

When you approach the counter, you're often met with a prolonged period of ignorance. It's like they're too busy to acknowledge your presence, let alone take your order. And when they finally do deign to take your order, it's with a tone that screams "I'm only doing this because I have to."

The drive-thru is a nightmare. You can barely hear them, and when you do, it's often a dismissive grunt or a curt "yeah, what do you need?" No greeting, no courtesy, just a brushoff. It's like they're trying to make you feel like you're an inconvenience.

And don't even get me started on the basics. They're frequently out of essential items, and when you ask for something as simple as napkins or a straw, it's like you're asking them to climb Mount Everest. The attitude is palpable – you're a bother, a nuisance, someone who's interrupting their precious time.

The entire atmosphere of the store is one of disdain. Employees wander around like they're trapped in some kind of retail purgatory, their body language screaming "I'd rather be anywhere else." It's a toxic environment that makes you wonder how they manage to stay employed.

Until this Dunkin' Donuts location gets its act together and prioritizes customer service, I'll be taking my business (and my caffeine cravings) elsewhere. It's not like there aren't other options in the area. If you're a fan of being treated like dirt, then this is the Dunkin' Donuts for you. Otherwise, avoid it...

I had the worst experience at this location ! I placed a mobile order two days in a row and both times, my coffee tasted like milk. “No biggie”- so I thought. I know coffee locations are typically busy, and I too was at work. I called ahead and asked to speak to a manager. She barely listened to what my concern was, then proceeded to hand me off to another employee without warning, who took my order over the phone. I explained I’d be leaving work for the replacement coffee, so I just needed to run in quickly for the exchange. Of course, when I got there my coffee had never been made, and I still had to wait AND explain to the cashier what happened. She then tried to tell me to move to the side, when my coffee should have already been made. I asked to speak to the manager.. well, “shift lead”, and she was “too busy”. I was then greeted with more attitude from the cashier bc she was supported by her manager. I understand coffee mistakes happen, but being a manager myself, you need to find a way to have better customer service and present that to your team ! No one even speaks/greets you when you walk in this location. I come here about twice a week, and I am often disappointed with the service, but it is near my job.. so at times I have no choice but to come here. I am very disappointed and likely will find an alternative to coming to this location with a rude “shift lead”.. rakiya, lakiya.. whatever...

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever!! The last time I went, which is the last time I will ever go there, I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and sugar. The lady that served me in the drive thru handed me something that looked like tea with a tiny bit of milk in it. When I looked at the side of the cup, it was written skim milk 2 sugar. I said this was wrong, I ordered an iced coffee, regular cream and sugar. She INSISTED it was what I ordered and walked away. I have a feeling that someone had either returned or refused the drink, and she just passed it along to me. I was in too much of a rush to go into the store and demand a refund.

Most times, when getting coffee or iced tea from this Dunkin Donuts, especially when it's not in the morning, I would receive a watered down beverage. I will NEVER AGAIN go into this establishment nor use the drive thru.
