I get my coffee from this dunkin donuts everyday. I've watched several employees come and go. Everytime I finally get them to make my coffee right the good employees always leave. I have been getting coffee both hot and iced plus donuts for 7 years now. I feel like loyal customers aren't always appreciated and treated right. I don't understand why the same person is always at the drive through window. I feel like not all employees seem to care how they deal with customers either and other employees go above and beyond but never noticed for it. I've also seen where the outside is dirty or has alot of trash laying around. I would like to see things change because I've been to other dunkin stores taken care of so much better. I see room for alot of improvements. I prefer only certain employees to handle my orders, but the good ones must not be treated right or they would stay. Read moreI come to this location almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Typically its a good experience however that has changed recently. I'm allergic to milk so I have to order a dairy alternative. When DD first started offering oatmilk they were generous and put a normal amount in your drink. Now I'm paying .79 or a dollar extra and you can't even tell theres any cream in it. Y'all are making an insane profit off of these up charges and still can't give people what they pay for. This morning I asked for more because my iced coffee was barely brown. The man at the window said it already had oatmilk in it and got an attitude when I said I needed more. I will still go here out of convenience, but will be ordering my coffee black and putting my own cream in it.

Read moreReading these reviews I don’t understand how this location has a 4.0 * rating. I wish I could rate this ZERO. The customer service SUCKS! I will never go to this location again. I stood in at the counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged and when I said something to the girl (that’s how she carried herself) she acted as if I was bothering her. Most of these Dunkin’s are ran by people who may not have been raised in the USA and clearly the customer service is not a priority where they were raised. Has anyone advised them that if you don’t provide good (or even decent) customer service you will lose customers? Calling Corporate doesn’t make an impact however I will continue to do so.
