Feedback on Service Experience – 03/16/2025
Dear Management, I recently visited your location at 2106 N Fountain Green Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, and I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention regarding my experience. • Customer Service – Upon entering, the cashier did not acknowledge me or initiate any interaction. I began ordering without confirmation that he was following along, which made the interaction feel awkward and impersonal. Additionally, the manager or team leader handed me my order quickly and left without ensuring I had everything I needed. • Cleanliness & Professionalism – The cashier's uniform was noticeably unclean and covered in pet hair. Additionally, I observed him scratching his head while wearing gloves, which raised hygiene concerns. • Order Handling – After receiving my order, I had to wait several minutes for the donuts, which had been sitting by the register the entire time. The cashier did not inform me that they were mine, leading to further confusion. While one team member was helpful and demonstrated good service skills, the overall experience was disappointing. I appreciate the hard work that goes into running a business, but I believe some improvements in customer engagement, hygiene, and order communication could enhance the overall experience. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it helps improve service at this location. Thank you for your time.

Read moreI come to this dunkin everyday and they are suppose to not close until 7pm, I went thru the line at 6:30pm on my way from work and was told they were closed, in the drive thru. I proceeded to then leave until I saw a customer inside, so I parked and went in. I then ordered a hot coffee and was told sorry we don’t have any hot coffee as we are closed.
