I wish I could give zero stars for a review. Ordered two blueberry muffins on the kiosk and no receipt was given. A gentleman standing next to the kiosk said to me, “They never have paper in them”. Fortunately, I did see the number for my order. Two ladies were working behind the counter, so obviously , the store is in need of staff. I waited for thirty minutes, when they started calling numbers higher than my number. Concerned that I had wasted 30 minutes and my order not going through, I asked one of the workers what the status was for my order. She replied that they had a system of processing the orders, one was doing the food orders the second was doing the drink orders. I just stated to her that I was only getting two muffins, no drinks and I didn’t understand why orders from customers who arrived after me were being processed ( with drinks) ahead of me. The worker stated she would check. A customer standing next to me said they were short staffed. I replied to the customer, “Yes, I understand they are short staffed but my order was easy, just putting two muffins in a bag. I wasn’t jumping ahead of anyone.” The worker shouted out to me that I needed to “back down”. She put my order in a bag , gave it to her co-worker to give to me, while mumbling, I’m sure derogatory comments. I wish to god I had read the reviews for this Dunkin Donuts. What I thought would be a quick stop to simply pick up two muffins turned into a horrible experience. The workers are aggressive, rude and disorganized. Do yourself a favor drive to the next...
Read moreWould post zero 0 stars if I could. Drove back on a long 8 hour trip from NC to NJ. Decided to stop at this location since it was on the way. Tried to order a medium hot coffee, pretty basic & nothing special along with some other coffees so we could just get back on the road. They charged me for every single thing I put in the coffee (2 mocha shots & some cream). I have never been charged extra before at ANY other Dunkin I have ever been to. I was also ordering for a few other people. Had no Guatemalan blend, no stirrers, no hot cup sleeves. They were also completely out of napkins. After everything was getting made they decide to tell me that they DO NOT accept the Dunkin Perks app, nor will they honor any coupons/reward point redemptions/offers on it. So, $15 later I now am standing in front of a busy line of people scrambling to locate my credit card to pay. Could not find it since it was back in my car as I was traveling & I was planning on paying through the app like I always do. Someone else ended up having to pay for my entire order, so I felt extremely humiliated after the entire experience. The woman behind the counter tells me there was a sign indicating they don’t accept the Dunkin Perks app…., fyi, there is NO visible sign disclosing this so be aware before ordering. Dunkin can either make it right, or I guess it’s Starbucks from now on. This location is a disgrace & now I realize the reviews...
Read moreIlliteracy and complacency abound. The young lady at the register literally read our order from my coworkers phone. I included a screenshot of the text I sent him.
Got 1 sandwich right.
Received a sausage egg & cheese on everything and a bacon egg and cheese on plain.
So I return to the counter and explain the correct order.
I am later handed a sausage & cheese on everything. And a bacon egg & cheese on plain. Remake again...
You'd think I'd be good, right? I mean. 1 mistake, problem explained and it was remade... Nope. It get my bacon and egg on everything and a sausage and egg on plain without the cheese. I finally figured, if you want it done right... do it yourself. So I went back up and got a slice of cheese and put it on the sausage and egg myself.
So, do you still think you deserve $15/hr for being repeatedly inaccurate at menial work?
UPDATE! 2 years later and the mediocrity continues. Arrogant staff. Inability to butter a bagel. Because why would food service require actually serving the food as ordered. Said there was butter in the bag. Nooooooope!.
I opted not to go back in. I didn't want an arrest report headline to be "Assault with...
