Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

Went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts, 2 sandwiches, and 2 frozen mocha coffees with extra mocha. Extra mocha means ONE extra pump per coffee. I get my coffee, taste it, and IMMEDIATELY am displeased. I turn back around, go inside, and politely say that there is no mocha in my coffee. She claimed she put mocha in them, and put TEN pumps per coffee in. Which is ENTIRELY too much. I'm then given an attitude when I proceed to tell her they are not right. She said " well what do you want?" I said I'd like them to be remade correctly instead of standing there arguing with me about it. The entire experience from the beginning was horrible customer service. I've been in customer service for years, and that is NO way to treat a customer. Man taking the my order was so rude while making my order he kept leaving the register to look at the window and giving me a side eye. Min you the window isn’t even the drive through one. He didn’t even take my order. I was respectful while he was morning and being rude and creepy. Please fix you staff this Dunkin used to be good now it’s not I have always been going here. Don’t ruin it because of that rude staff in the morning. The people looked at me several times and continued to ignore me. Even when I finally said, excuse me can I place an order..someone came, looked and walked away. There were no other customers inside nor at the drive thru. I live around the corner, but will never come back. Only my second time in there and the first time they seemed hesitant to serve me too. The 2 young girls had to push the boy over to take my order. If you're racist you should've opened further out in the countryside. Otherwise, serve people.
