I just wanted my story to be heard because I was not having such a good morning today my aunt has been sick and I have been just going through personal issues in my life. But when I went into the store number above I was greeted by Janie very polite happy and smiling which made me smile. She spoke to me about how much she enjoys the job that it makes her happy to be able to brighten up peoples morning by making them a coffee of their liking. My coffee was made but it was not good to me at all I have had many bad experiences with this store but I was in the area really needed coffee after a long week which hasn’t ended yet. Janie immediately asked for my coffee after seeing the frown on my face she stated “ Please give me your coffee when you get a chance I will make it over for you”. I would have to say by far this is really the best coffee that I have ever had in my life it really brightened up my day it made a difference to me. I work for Marriott corporate a company that specializes in Star quality hospitality for all who visit Marriott so to have someone else show me the same things that I show my own employees and customers everyday without asking really was exquisite. I would just like to thank Janie by just letting Dunkin corporate know that she is a star player to me, many other customers have left with a smile when she greets them her energy is very fun and nice she makes you want to be her friend.

One pumpkin latte on sign to order but they argue with you if you don't say specialty that it doesn't have whipped cream and drizzle and cinnamon on top, yet it's the only one in picture. Then they want to charge extra if you tell them to put the whipped cream on top. If it's not that way, then change the picture or put regular and specialty up on sign as again only shows ONE kind. Read moreI went to DD Saturday morning on Maryland Avenue in the shopping center next to the grocery store. First my tea cost more than I paid at BWI airport. Than the man told me what everyone who has a DD is charging for almond milk. I told him that isn't true, I'm using my app, surely I might have been to another DD. Then my tea was luke warm.
