My wife and I visited Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins last evening to take advantage of their 31% off scoops on the 31st of the Month deal which only occurs 7 months out of the year. When I went to pay for the 4 scoops the employee didn't know anything about the deal even though it was posted in 2 places on the ice cream counter. So instead of giving me the 31% off, he gave me the 5% Senior Citizen discount instead because he couldn't figure out how to calculate it himself. Please see the attached photo in this review of my actual receipt. It should have been calculated this way: $12.38 - 4 scoops of ice cream - 3.84 - 31% discount $ 8.54 - subtotal $ .51 - 6% sales tax $ 9.05 - total sale We were charged $12.47 and overpaid by $3.42!

Lovely, the ladies at the counter were so patient with us while we decided what we wanted. And then I forgot the receipt so I had to go back, and they very kindly reprinted it for me! Best customer service ever ☺️

Awful customer service. I ordered on the DD app in order to save time, I ordered the two bagels with cream cheese and two coffees. One of the coffees was supposed to be regular, the other seasonal white mocha(that they still advertise) When I go to pick it up, my bagels had no cream cheese and the "seasonal" coffee I ordered was discontinued. I went to ask for the cream cheese and was told I'd have to buy new bagels with cream cheese, even though I already paid for it online and had given them the receipt. Woman at the register then tried to tell me to pay full price again, and she'd "buy me a coffee" next time I come in. Why should I have to pay double for a bagel so I can get a "free coffee" next time? Why couldn't they just comp the cream cheese or something for the inconvenience? That cost me extra time, and money. Pretty irritated and disappointed that this location is wiling to lose a long time...

When I went to this location, there was a long line and only 2 employees in store. I decided to use the mobile order instead of waiting in the line. I placed the order and got out of the line and was waiting beside the pickup spot (I was standing a little away not to block anyone else for pickup) the counter lady comes to me and says "you just placed the order and you need to wait? Huh?! I didn't even ask for anything and this is what she tells me. Anyways, the order comes and she missed the coffees. I ask for them and she gives them without closing the lid, burning my finger. Currently typing this review soothing my burnt finger!
