Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

This location is so busy everything is rushed. Lately I’ve been given other peoples orders even though I’ve ordered ahead on the app. You have the best chance of your order being correct if you go inside to order or use the Dunkin app.

Recently the lady working the window handed me a medium oat milk steamer type bev instead of large pumpkin coffee - I questioned the size of the drink, she confirmed it was my large, but I had a horrid discovery when I took a sip a couple miles down the road. Lesson learned - read the sticker and taste the drink before driving off!

Then I’ve gotten the wrong drink combo several times - usually too much stuff added, etc

Then to top it off, the county or state is doing road work at the intersection AND apparently they are using the parking lot around the Dunkin’ and it’s gas pumps as their construction parking lot, so this interferes with the entrances and maneuvering around the pumps.

One day this crazy lady was not pulling out onto the road despite several light changes and long gaps in traffic. She was either eating or on her phone or both. After honking at her several times and gesturing for her to move or get out of the way (several cars were behind me), she jumped out of her car and yanked my door open while swearing at me. Yickes!!!

The staff is incredibly rude. I came here Wednesday morning and ordered a croissant. I gave them time to complete everybody's order that were in there before I asked for an update on mine. After everybodys orders were completed, my order was the only in-store order left. A few minutes later I noticed that the STAFF that is supposed to be WORKING are standing on their phones, one even knocking the table singing while I am waiting for my order. So I asked for an update on my order and the lady there who I believe was the manager told me “No, you just ordered right? These people were infront of you so calm down”. This to me does not seem like a mature or professional response after I have somewhere I’m already late to be, I ordered 10 minutes ago, and the whole staff is standing doing nothing. Nobody was infront or behind me unless she was referring to a bunch of mobile order bags on the counter. This is extremely disappointing to me because I have always been a costumer that will usually come everyday, I have never seen this staff before and I definitely will be driving an extra mile to another Dunkin’ just to never come across this staff again. So today I went to this location wanting some Munchins!! 5-12-25 ..Yet they had brought back the Vanilla Bean Coolatas they are sooo good!! and that's been my drug of choice since my ballston va days!. So one nice guy waited on me then a tall guy came up looking around I'm like you looking for my mama he said yeah I made her this drink!...it was pistachio something I'm like well I'll pay for it now since you finished. she came back inside! She tasted her drink! she really liked it!! like really it wasn't too sweet or anything. the presentation was love!! I wanted the whipped cream and caramel too! but he said mine didn't come with the works! . His Name is Toby he's funny, really tall and makes thee best drinks!!. He's like you want one in like naaah but I'll take whatever you just recommended me . So definitely the customer service was A1 of the guys!!... the drinks if you let Toby make it is Looove!!
