Oh To so-called Mike GAROFALO who apparently DOES NOT even live in the area, GO TROLL SOMEONE ELSE. Clearly you've been paid to put down customers who have had bad experiences. If you like eating and PAYING for JUST ONION, that's your problem. Maybe that's all they had in your house b/c you certainly can't talk about "taste [buds]" if you're just a paid troll. oh brother, your 5-star review just went down to ONE. It had been going downhill, but today took the cake. My husband wanted Chinese and I really was starting to grow a little tired with how the quality here was not the same as before, but ok, we ordered.
Among other things, we ordered the "Chicken with Spring Onions". We just paid $7 for half a sprig of green onion (if that), about 10 grams of chicken (if that) and about two entire huge regular onions cut in pieces. ALL we ate were onions, and NOT spring onions, regular onion. I called and complained to to tell them what had happened and how unhappy I was (I rarely do this and it was my first time doing it here, though I've been a little unhappy before) They told me if I wanted to return it. Nope. I'm not driving there again, spending my gas to show them the poor job that they already know they did. Besides we threw most of it away b/c we were tired of eating just onions. And seriously, I'm not even exaggerating. If I wanted to eat two onions, I would have gone to the supermarket and done that for a few cents. And see, it's not about getting anything back, it's about being so cheap to your customers and then not even acknowledging it or apologizing and expecting someone to drive back w/the food. You KNOW you cheated me out of chicken. It was barely there. If you don't, you need to monitor what your employees do w/the meat b/c they're certainly not putting in the food. Also, the egg rolls were cold and so was the soup. That's it for me. I was a loyal customer. No more. This place either changed owners, or the owner doesn't care anymore. I plainly stated please donāt add more vegetables than meat. In the past, they mostly give vegetables. What did I end up with? A plate of vegetables and rice without any meat. I called and they put errors on the delivery people. I said to her, you prepared the food. She said next time, Iāll add extra meat. I said, why would I want to wait until next time? This restaurant cares only about that dollar. I will not eat here again. She was not interested in pleasing the customer, but keeping that dollar. I hope carma visits them sooner than later. Why must respect never occur to them. Customer is always wrong. Now, you might lose a few customers, because you donāt care for a few!Dont waste your money here, to be surprised when you do get your food....
