2023-2024 Eat here if you dont wanna pay ashai and okada prices and tastes almost exactly the same! Been eating here ever since they opened. They have free all you want yum yum, honey mustard, and there teriyaki sauces for free! I will admit the food does lack of seasoning but thats what makes it healthier! Only thing that could be improved is the rice quality honestly. There steak/chicken/hibachis are the best. Spring rolls are decent. The overall price you pay is worth it! Highly recommend if you want fast good Japanese grill food, i hope they never go away!

Update 2025 this place has surprisingly bounced back better than ever. High quality food and generous portions for price. Definitely order the habachi any style and you won't be sorry! Sometimes there is a wait for food if place is busy only one cook but worth the wait! Yum yum sauce is wonderful 👍. My main order recommend is chicken bowl or chicken and steak habachi! Go visit and you won't be disappointed! Warning tables are sticky/not clean and floor is dirty though....

When restaurants usually offer a menu made up of multiple regional dishes the phrase "Jack of all trades, master of none" usually comes to mind.

Just want to snack on something light from there large appetizer menu? It's going to be amazing.

Basically of all the things I've tried from there has been better than it had any right to be for that price. I've been nothing but impressed with them and I've been dining there for years.

The restuarant itself is very clean and the employees are very nice. Easy to just order to-go or just sit and relax and watch one of the televisions they have playing. Golden Chicken even has the amazing Yum-Yum sauce self dispenser (that alone should be enough to earn it a sixth star).

I ordered 2 bowls through door dash. When I received my order it was completely wrong. I immediately contacted my door dash driver who advised me that was the order she was given. She apologized but I told her it’s ok. I called golden chicken to advise them of the mistake and that I was willing to pick the correct order up myself. The person on the phone said it was an issue I needed to handle through door dash. So I was like I was charged $37 for 2 bowls and I will come and pick them up. She stood by her word. So I went on to asking her about the head manager which I was told she couldn’t give me that info. I was willing to come and pick up my order and was denied that right. I’m very upset and will never order from here again. Mind u I have dealt with them over 10 years. It takes one bad apple to...
