Ledo Pizza Deale, MD — Restaurant in Maryland

Two weeks in a row my order was not ready even close to the time promised. Last week I waited 25 minutes, this week has been over 45 minutes. When I walked in I was told it was in the oven , 25 minutes later I asked again and was told again it was in the oven….55 minutes and counting and still no pizza. I would really consider a different location as this one the people lie to you about the status of your order.! After an hour of waiting I finally got my pizza. Go somewhere else.!!!! Pizza is great if you don’t mind the wait and the lies. Also, the owner said they would look into it. Still waiting for a reply two weeks later. Stopped by the main office last week and told them as well, did not seem like they were too interested in looking into it as well. Very disappointed being that we have been loyal customers for over 10 years!

The pizza had barely any cheese on it I usually order here so me and my kids can go to my dads and watch a movie and spend time with him but this time it was like eating sauce and dough it wasn't that good I was shocked my dad said Ashley where is the cheese i said what do you mean where is the cheese I got pepperoni and it comes with cheese ? He said there isn't much on here I looked and i couldn't believe it I didn't want to post this review but I spent $28 something and that's a lot of money for a pizza and breadsticks they showed me the pizza but i wasn't paying attention i had all 3 of my girls and they were being loud and touching everything and asking for everything so she said does it look good? I glanced over and said yup as my youngest went over to the 2 liter of sodas 🤦 I had to get them out of there the lady up front was so nice...i will order here ONE MORE TIME in the future...maybe someone was having a bad day I get it we all have those but if next time it's not good ill order from...

They definitely have the best pizza. It does however cost more than anywhere else I've ever bought a pizza with the exception of other ledo's locations. The service was good even though I was told on the phone it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived exactly 20 minutes after I hung the phone up and waited at least 15 additional minutes for it to be ready. I ordered extra cheese because I am used to doing that at all pizza places. It wasn't really necessary at this location though I found that out when I started eating it. (LOL) Awesome Pizza, very friendly service all in all I would highly recommend their pizza if you can afford it. A large 18-in pizza turned out to be quite a lot of food. It did however cost more than $40. Even still give this place a try I can personally vouch for their Pizza...
