Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

My FAVORITE deal! I LOVE the Fettuccine Alfredo. It's ALWAYS been one of my favorite dishes, and this locations Alfredo Sauce is SO great! They give you a decent sized portion, too. I have enough for dinner, and then enough to take to work, for lunch the next day! They even throw in 2 pieces of garlic bread! When was the last time you went ANYWHERE and got a GOOD, NON fast food, meal/dinner for $5?!?! I LOVE this Ledos location the best. The Owner, Frankie, is awesome! He's ALWAYS very friendly, cheerful, and he remembers you whether you've been there once or you're a frequent flyer. I recommend THIS location, over ALL of them. I live in Kingsville, MD (close to Harford County), and I work out in Windsor Mill. I go out of my way, on the way home, just to go to THIS location, BECAUSE of the warm, welcoming, & caring feeling you get when you just walk in the door. You're greeted & acknowledged the second you walk in the door! It's also nice that the Owner interacts with you, and is so friendly. You don't see that much with businesses, these days. I love that Frankie makes SURE you feel welcomed, and makes SURE you're happy with your visit. I definitely recommend, and give this establishment 5 stars (I'd give 10 if that were an option)!!! I never write reviews but I had to in this case. The food was not good. The service was lackluster the men at the front barely spoke and one of them was sitting down near the register on there phone blasting loud videos as a customer was ordering. The pizza I ordered didn't come out right so I spoke with the manager and he wanted to argue with me and say that it was good enough when it's not what I ordered. He said he would give me a refund and then tried to remake the pizza anyway (and it still wasn't right) and wouldn't give me a refund. I will be contacting the corporation immediately.

Update 12/20/18 I have reached out to ledo's pizza 4 times after this incident and they still have not fixed this issue or given me a refund. I work in the food industry and never have I ever experienced such awful customer service. And never have I allowed a customer of mine to receive such bad...

Placed an order with a cheesesteak and shrimp, under the same name and same phone number and same email address, at the same time. Someone at work was kind enough to pick it up before he left. Comes back and only has 1 order. I call the place and they say that theyre sorry and that they only gave the person 1 bag and can he come back and get the other one. I say its ok but unfortunately the guy was off after he brought the food and im the only one in the office and cant leave so asked if they can make an exception because im 7 minutes down the road and if anyone could drop it by. He said no. i then speak to the OWNER and he wouldnt even do it and said the card will be refunded instead and didnt understand i cannot leave work being the only one there and THEY are the ones who messed up the food.
